"Coffee machine in the room is not user friendly. It has graphic illustration on how to operate. It only tells the steps, but does not mention which button to press (3 buttons on the machine, some blinks some red/blue). The table top has paper cups and plastic cups. The machine does not work with plastic. I need to try a few time and figure out only the paper cups works for this machine. "

"Accidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍"

"飯店新但地點離市區偏了些，坐Uber來回都需約120美金不等，換算成本有些高，若須在市區中城活動者可能需考量車程及成本問題。第一次住到堅持3:00整才能入住的飯店，（沒什麼旅客的情況）有些訝異😅。硬體設備新但沒用到也還未有太多住客，想支持新飯店但希望服務能加強，早餐選擇及品項能更優些，或許是人力有限，期待能有更好的表現🙏"

After getting off the bus, I felt that there were many people around the hotel and it was quite chaotic. The hotel reception was on the 5th floor. After checking the Internet in the room, I felt that I lived in the wrong place. I traveled by UBER in the next few days and didn't dare to take the subway. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. It's just that there are many black people outside the hotel, and beggars occasionally approached me. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things around the hotel."
