It only tells the steps, but does not mention which button to press (3 buttons on the machine, some blinks some red/blue). The table top has paper cups and plastic cups. The machine does not work with plastic. I need to try a few time and figure out only the paper cups works for this machine. "

"Accidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍"

"The most important thing to remind you is that the hotel is located in Harlem, which is said to be a black community. You can check the security situation in the area online. I don't mean to discriminate against black people here. But the first night I arrived was around 7pm on the weekend. After getting off the bus, I felt that there were many people around the hotel and it was quite chaotic. The hotel reception was on the 5th floor. After checking the Internet in the room, I felt that I lived in the wrong place. I traveled by UBER in the next few days and didn't dare to take the subway. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. It's just that there are many black people outside the hotel, and beggars occasionally approached me. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things around the hotel."

"You can find it easily by walking along Central Park from the 103st subway station. The free bagel and coffee service mentioned in the reviews has ended. It is now offered for $3. The water dispenser is at the entrance to the cafe on the first floor. There is a kitchen in the basement with all the cooking utensils (water heater, range, electric stove, pot, and of course refrigerator and detergent). The shower has hot water, but it takes a while to get warm."
