This is the most beautiful and best hotel I have stayed in Australia this time. It has a Japanese style. You can't just use tap water. Two bottles of glass bottles of water are provided on the first floor every day (one bottle was broken by a child on the night of check-in, and the service staff quickly cleaned it up). Regarding breakfast, there will be birds flying in the restaurant to steal food, so don't sit outside for breakfast, but everyone can live in harmony with the birds. Other meals are eaten outside, so I don't know how the meals are. Of course, the breakfast is not as rich as that of domestic five-star hotels (this seems to be the same). Regarding the room: The pool view room I chose is simply full marks. You can see the sea and the swimming pool, and the children also like it. Regarding facilities: The swimming pool downstairs is the highlight of the entire hotel. The bottom of the pool is fine sand. The children like it very much, and the adults lie flat on the shore. It really meets the needs of parents like us who come to relax with children. In addition, there are many parks for children to play outside the hotel, which is very good. I read all the itinerary reviews for this trip, so I must take the time to write about these hotels and itineraries and recommend them to people like me who are going to a country for the first time! Finally, I would like to praise Cairns for being a good place to take children. It is not so commercial, and you can slow down and go around. The city is small and convenient to go anywhere. It is great to walk. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and Ferris wheel in the city center. This is my favorite place for my children and I on this trip. Highly recommended, I hope direct flights to Cairns will be restored as soon as possible!

It was very clean and had a pool, it was great!! I thought it would be nice if there were slippers in the room, but they brought them when I asked, which was helpful. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance☺︎

The hardware facilities in the room are average. The view of the lobby and swimming pool is worth seeing. Breakfast is $38 per person, which is very ordinary. The service is good and bad. Some front desk staff are very irresponsible. It is the best hotel in the area, but it is still a bit behind the well-trained and high-quality brand hotels.

The best hotel in Cairns, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the pier and supermarket.

The location is very convenient The hotel facilities are pretty good and the atmosphere is great for swimming and eating. The staff had a good service attitude and helped upgrade the room. I will book it next time I come to Cairns.
