Staff at the front desk was a little blunt. I gave my address and she told me that it wasn't correct. It indeed was. Just assumed alot about us a foreigners. Rooms were super clean but plain. Breakfast was nice.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet , der Service im Restaurant annehmbar, jedoch war unser Aufenthalt eine Katastrophe! Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Zimmergröße von 28qm stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Das Zimmer ist maximal 22 qm groß, der Balkon voll gerechnet. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in Richtung der Weinberge wie angeboten gebeten. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurant-Zeltes. Durch die Lautstärke konnte der Balkon nicht genutzt werden und das Fenster geschlossen bleiben

Schöne Hotel, aber Zimmerlage war ungünstig
Ich hatte ein Superior - Zimmer und ich weiß manchmal nicht, was der Unterschied zu einem normalen Zimmer sein soll.
Ich war im ersten Stock untergebracht und es roch teilweise nach Essensdämpfen, da das Zimmer wohl in der Nähe der Küche lag.
Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine Balkontür und kein Fenster, das man auf Kipp stellen konnte.
Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für eine weintour in Edenkolben und sind dann nach Neustadt gefahren. Abends hatten wir im Hotel Fußball-EM an der Bar geschaut. Die Bar ist sehr gut sortiert, das Hotel modern und schön eingerichtet. Service ist super, alles Lokal und sehr individuelle Note insgesamt. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Weinberg, Spielplatz angeschlossen, sehr zu empfehlen, auch mit der Familie.

Ein wunderbar zeitgemäßes Haus, inmitten der Weinberge, mit sehr guter Küche und herzlicher Service-Mannschaft. Spargel und Schnitzel - auch bei den einfachen Gerichten kann viel schiefgehen. Hier war alles perfekt! Und obwohl ich recht spät kam, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und bewirtet. Vielen Dank dafür!

.Auch der 4. Kurzurlaub in diesem ruhig gelegenen Hotel überzeugte uns erneut mit ruhigen Nächten und sehr gutem Service. Besonders zur Zeit der Mandelblüte Mitte März zeigt sich sich Pfälzer Weinstraße von ihrer schönsten Seite. Die Lage umgeben von Weinbergen, die großen gepflegten Comfort-Zimmer, die Parkplätze mit kurzen Wegen und Aufzug zu den Zimmern im Luitpold-Trakt, das gepflegte Restaurant Mama's mit der beschirmten Außenterrasse sind gute Gründe für das Prinzregent. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das sehr gute Frühstück im Mama's. Das Buffet bietet eine feine Auswahl an regionalen Produkten: Frisches Brot und Brötchen vom Bäcker, Säfte, Pfälzer Wurst und eine umfangreiche Käseauswahl gehen weit über das übliche Angebot in vergleichbaren Hotels hinaus . Die flinke und freundliche Anja sorgt für einen perfekten Ablauf des Frühstücks - Sie kümmert sich aufmerksam um ihre Gäste und behält dabei souverän den Überblick über das Buffet. Der Service im gesamten Haus ist perfekt: Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt und die freundliche Hausdame versorgte uns auf Nachfrage mit Waschlappen. Wer eine Reise zu den schönsten Orten und Sehenwürdigkeiten der Südlichen Weinstraße plant, dem können wir das Prinzregent uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben unseren idealen Standort für die Südliche Weinstraße gefunden.
