Sea Breeze is located in Slidell a Suburb of New Orleans. It is located 27 miles from the French Quarter and is an easy drive on I-10. The home is a FIVE bedroom home with two large bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms, and a bunk room. The home has been completely renovated in 2019 and everything in it is new. Designer furniture throughout professionally planned and implemented. Beautiful accent pieces and art work. Large living room with big screen TV. New appliances and kitchen accessories. Large deck with multiple sofas and plush chairs. Beautiful Large oak tree overhanging the deck providing a great area for shaded seating. The deck is only 15 feet from the water. There is huge 105 ft. dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 7 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat. You can play in the water or on the boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber, Taxi or drive. Great from two couples or a family. There is a sleeper sofa for over flow sleeping in the living room. The home has a nicely stock kitchen with all new appliances. There is a double oven and large stove. The home has a large working fire place and large dining room with a table that expands to seat 8. Great for family get together and large meals. No pets allowed. We will allow one certified service dog with appropriate certification papers but only with a $250 non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Multiple service animals are not allowed. The home has 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 4 twins (two bunk beds) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 adults and 4 children. The Mapquest distance from this house to the French Quarter is 27 miles (on I-10). Please Note: We do not allow parties or events at this property. This house is for residential use only. Beautiful location comfortable house This property was perfect for our extended family! We were in town for a family wedding and the house allowed us to sit and visit on the back porch- both in the morning and the evening. It was spacious enough for 9 adults. Would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

Multi Family Travelers This was a perfect place to accommodate our group of 12. We especially like how all 3 couples had their own private bath… and that the teens could sleep in 2 separate rooms tucked away in a different area of the house. The amount of shared space was less than what we were used to but since we are a close group of friends - it actually allowed us more time to bond. I imagine that the outdoor space is a great alternative area for those that may need more space. Overall, this was a winner.

Amazing stay The property was as advertised. Everything was on point and to watch the sunset from the dock was incredible. The location to the surrounding area such as food and shopping were in close proximity. Overall i give this property 5 stars.
