Great proximity to the national park. I guess as it was the off season (although the park was very busy), the amenities across the road were closed.

Sheets were pilled and shower curtain ripped. BUT Vanessa at the front desk is amazing and kind and friendly - she is a gem of an employee.

The staff was very helpful. Calling ahead of time to tell what time the restaurant closed and reminder to let them know if you had a pet because pet space was limited.

Loved that it is close to Carlsbad Caverns. Google’s directions were unclear because the roads are not clearly marked, but we saw the sign and so got there.

Great place to stay if you plan on going to Carlsbad Caverns or a short drive to Guadalupe Peak Mountain. Will stay there again when I’m out that way. Affordable too!

Awesome spot for going to Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks. Very clean and simple. I was there in winter so the pool was not operational, but looked like it was kept up. Only downside is that you need to go to Carlsbad for restaurants, shopping, etc.

While the place was a bit dated the room was very nice, roomy and very clean. Breakfast was a little lame but the price of the room was fantastic. Nearest restaurant is in Carlberg City.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only nearby restaurant closes at 3 and the minimart at 6. Nearest other food options are about 20 miles away. Breakfast was dry cereal with milk, juice, coffee, fruit.

Very quiet place. We stayed 3 nights at the end of December 2023. The bed slept comfortably for me. The staff are very nice. There is a small grocery / gift shop across the way. Very very close to the Caverns. Also, yes bring food with you like everyone says, we did and we survived. The town is pretty far away if one doesn’t want to get out. All in all we had a great stay and vacation.
