Extremely disappointing experience. The room was messy and poorly maintained from the start — dirty floors, clothes and trash everywhere, and absolutely no sense of hygiene. My roommates were loud and inconsiderate, making it impossible to rest. I requested a room change, but staff said all rooms were full. I haven’t had a proper night’s sleep in two days, and it completely ruined my trip. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean or peaceful stay.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The location is convenient, just a free ferry ride to the city center. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. I paid extra for a private room for my daughter, and everything was well-prepared. I didn’t interact much with the staff, but whenever I needed help, they responded quickly and professionally. I also met some nice roommates, which made the stay even more pleasant.

I had a very lovely overnight stay at ClinkNOORD. It was a last-minute trip so I was happy that they still had rooms available at a very affordable price. The location is really convenient. The breakfast was overall great. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and super big thanks to Ms. Nhalie and Ms. Lorna for assisting me when I arrived and making everything so easy. I wasn't sure what to expect coz it's my first time booking a hostel in Europe but this experience made me feel safe and will definitely trust hostels more after this!

Amazing place to stay, everything was good and staffs were also awesome. It was my first time using hostel during my journey touring whole europe and it gave me awesome experience!! If you are hesitating to book it, u r wasting time. Just do it.

I had great service, there was a man called Roy at the front desk who was very helpful with our booking in process. Will definitely be my first choice when staying in Amsterdam again!
