Hotel Platería

Staying in the center of Écija with our dogs was a luxury. Nice and clean space, comfortable beds and a quiet environment to rest. Sewn into the door for free entry. It is not easy to park in the area, but in the parking lot in the square they give you a price if you stay at the hotel. They have everything calculated. I would definitely recommend it and repeat.

I will be quick. A hotel very well located, in the center of town. The entry system is somewhat difficult, especially for people who are not up to date with new technologies. Hotel without a soul, non-existent reception, non-existent staff... well, they make the room around 1:00 p.m. or so. The room smelled of tobacco, a lot of noise for the few clients that were in the Hotel (you can hear everything). The room is in fair condition (to be polite), somewhat dirty. We were able to get 2 half rolls of 🚾 paper and they didn't replace them until we asked them to do so. They answered, we were going to do it when we did the room!! Well, the day before they left us without paper. The price is expensive for the service they provide, parking is better not to take it, you can walk 5 minutes and park in the adjacent streets and save €11. Disappointing hotel, pity… it was much better. The person who we believe was going to the rooms and touching the reception, when he saw us that we were making the entrance, he entered the reception and did not even say hello to us... but there was another younger girl who was nice (polite). Let's hope they can turn these constructive criticisms around and improve the facilities. By the way, the double bed is great, big and comfortable, not much else to add.
