We just stayed tow nights here on our way home from a week in the black forest in Germany. We arrived in pouring rain, but from the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of this hotel. As I approached with bags, the lady at reception ran to the door to open it for me, and I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, what a great start. We knew the restaurant and pool were not open at this tome of year, but the rest of the sap facilities were available. The room was lovely, and very comfortable, and the bliss of having a bath to soak aching muscles after the long walks. Every member of staff that we passed were friendly and always a smile. The breakfast room was just beautiful, and with a wonderful view too. The young waiter who looked after the room was very helpful without being invasive, also very helpful with information about the area, and helpful with translations of things we didn't understand, and even when he wasn't sure, he went out of his way to find answers for us. It was a trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and it really was the perfect place to stay. We had intended using the spa, but in the end we were too tired from all the walks, but we did have a look, and it was amazing, there really was everything you could want. I would recommend this hotel, and the lovely staff to everyone.

The room I had reserved was not available. For 310 Euros I am offered a room with torn curtains, a wardrobe in the middle of the room that takes in the view towards the window. Then another nicer room but at 400 Euros without air conditioning! No way to negotiate anything. The girl at the front desk was apologetic but had no influence. I asked to see a manager, he was absent! Waiting at the elevator on the 4th floor: 10 minutes. Lots of flies upstairs too. In short to avoid .. too bad because the place could be magnificent.

Mooi gelegen hotel aan het meer van Echternach. Grote kamers met mooi balkon, goede bedden en apart toilet. Badjas en slippers zijn in de kamer beschikbaar. Het zwembad is fantastisch, zowel binnen als buiten, de temperatuur van het water is perfect. Ligzetels en tafeltjes zijn aanwezig. Ook mooi wellness gedeelte beschikbaar. Zeer lekker ontbijt voor de meerprijs van 25€ pp en bij goed weer kun je op het terras buiten ontbijten. Echternach centrum is te voet gemakkelijk bereikbaar (ongeveer 1,2 km).

Accueil correct, hotel propre. La piscine propre est un gros plus. Le petit déjeuner bien, le personnel agréable, les chambre et hôtel propre et entretenu. Petit bemol: un évier legerement défectueux et pas de climatisation dans la suite whirlpool, ce qui a rendu nos nuits difficiles. Mis à part cela, le cadre est top. Je recommande.

Excellent accueil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et d'une propreté parfaite. Idem pour les piscines. Dommage que le sauna et le hammam soient mis en route alors que personne ne les occupe. Un petit geste pour notre planète Le lac qui se trouve à quelques pas offre de belles balades.

Drie dagen gelogeerd in hotel Eden. Te voet naar echternach is geen probleem. Het hotel is prima. Ja gedateerd dat wel maar ruim schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijtje. Medewerkers denken mee als je een vraag hebt. Een nadeel geen diner voor handen. Elk nadeel heb zijn voordeel. In echternach zijn, op loopafstand, voldoende goede restaurants beschikbaar (tips van TripAdvisor en van het hotel :) ). Al met al top

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage .Parken kostenlos.Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht .Frühstück ok aber auch nicht mehr.Dann ist das Positive schnell vorbei.Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und abgewohnt,es entspricht nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit(Z:313)Das Bad war muffig es roch nach Kanal.Eine Badewanne mit Sprudelbad konnte es nicht appetitlicher machen.Das Wasser in der Wanne floss nicht richtig ab,schreckliche Armaturen und viel Wasser kam auch nicht aus der angeblichen Regendusche.Einfach alles uralt und nicht einladend.Alter abgewohnter Teppichboden im Zimmer,keine Klimaanlage...man schwitzte sich zu Tode und dann im Sommer eine dicke Decke...wäre gut bei Minus-Temperaturen.Unbequeme grosse Kissen.Kein Restaurant !Also wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen . Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte hier für 436€ .Absolut übertrieben !!!Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Tijdens het inchecken hadden wij gevraagd of het mogelijk was dat wij een 'late' checkout konden, dit was volgens de receptie voor onze kamer mogelijk. Echter bij het uitchecken een zeer chagrijnige dame die het niet normaal vond en zeer naar en onprofessioneel mij/ons te woord stond dat wij 'zomaar' langer in hotel verbleven, dit duidelijk aangegeven maar mevrouw van de receptie bleef zeer star en naar doen, wij waren op de hoogte van de extra kosten en bij het inchecken was dit genoteerd. Zeer fijn zwembad waar de kleine heerlijk kon genieten dus dat heeft de dag goed gedaan. Echt super fijn ontbijt. Maar aan de vriendelijkheid van het personeel(sommige) mogen ze wel wat gaan doen.

Hotel is verouderd. Suite echt niet van deze tijd. Kraantjes bijna niet open te krijgen als je doucht. Bij ontbijt niet veel keuze en spiegeleieren waren koud. Restaurant en bar gesloten. Dit hotel is echt geen 5 sterren waard. Personeel is ook niet echt vriendelijk en sommigen doen nogal hoogmoedig.
