It was a hot day and the lobby was very hot and the room was hot when I got there. Took a long time to cool down. The place did not smell good. The toilet barely flushed and the guide for the tv channels was wrong. Bed was comfortable tho and the room was very clean.

Beds were comfy, breakfast food was good. Mouse in our room. Had to get transferred. They were very quick to switch our room but still, first I've ever had a mouse.

The elevators , hallway and room had a bad smell. Sheets had some stains. Took the mattress cover off to check and saw burn holes. Do not recommend for cleanliness

1.5 star motel
Lobby temp is set to 90. Same place you east breakfast. Super hot. Food was minimal. Waffles stuck to the pan. (For everyone ). Had to keep asking for things to be filled. Pool area will burn your eyes with the amount of chlorine they use. Ceiling tiles ready to fall down. Corroded windows with exposed rust.
Room was ok. Toilet not secured to floor. Shower handle wobbled freely when using. One of the beds was stained badly. Covered up with fresh sheets to hide. We stayed in Rm 111. Asked the front desk for a blanket and towels and no one ever showed up. Had to go ask again. Could hear people in the hallways talking and outside our window. Poorly run wires from TV just dangling on the wall. Looks pretty unprofessional

The Personal were not very welcome.
The pool area were in a very poor condition. The minute you walked in the pool area the smell of chlorine was very strong that we had to open all the doors so that the smell can become less strong.
The breakfast was horrible, not much variety.
We asked for towels because they weren’t any at the pool and the lady at the front desk gave us attitude and was hesitant in giving us more towels because she was assuming we were gonna keep them and take them with us .
Definitely not worth staying here again!

The staff was welcoming, and the room was spotless with comfortable beds and pillows. Parking was plentiful, and the area felt very safe. Our only small observation—not a complaint—is that the elevators and lobby could use a bit more attention to cleaning.

I did not like the fact that the host did not make the waffle better correctly. It was watery and everyone stood there and was trying to make waffles and they would not complete not good one. It was watery on Saturday 8 /9and 8/10 morning.
And kids want more than Cheerios and corn flakes. They want rice krispies or raisin brand. A different variety. They're just being cheap. The bed was okay.

The Hotel need to get better.
We were assigned a room with a loose safety lock. The hotel door on the right side was broken, and anyone could get in. The pool had so much Clorox that it hurt the view just from standing in it. The area around the pool was very dirty, and the windows were corroded. The included breakfast didn't have much variety. The inside of the room was poorly cleaned, and the hotel carpeting throughout the hallways was dirty.

Davey at the front desk! The whole staff! Place is not new but it is perfect. Stay was for the kiddo and it went perfect!
