Great location to visit Gallipoli, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and rooms were very clean, breakfast was very generous.

Quite possible one of the rudest experiences I have ever had with hotel management. The room that I was given was quite dark with very little natural light and very dark furniture / finishes. Upon asking to change rooms I was told there is noting available in the hotel, and the upon asking to speak to the manager he said and I quote “you booked the cheap room so pay more” and I’m like there are no cheap rooms at this hotel, the place is empty and surely you must have a room at the same level which is brighter with more natural light. He then says that “you are cheap” to which I take quite some offence and to which he realises his mistake and miraculously finds me a room with more natural light and lighter finishes. He wa so rude in a very uncomfortable manner and he should not be in the “hospitality” industry. Don’t bother. Overpriced and you pay for rudeness.

Wow! Our experience here was absolutely incredible , from the peaceful and thought out garden to the spacious and elegant rooms to the superb food and amazing wine tasting. Nothing was too Much trouble. Our transport cancelled on our departure and the hotel management organised for one of their own staff to get us to our next destination using the hotel managers personal vehicle. This was above and beyond our expectations and all offered with smiles and no fuss.

Just an amazing experience … the hotel, the wine tasting and dinner. They really care, and it shows, through and through. The rooms are special. And the whole complex is beaming with ‘can do’ positive energy. Liking wine will add to your experience.

We were disappointed in this hotel and expected more. The room was well appointed but dark and a complicated lighting system that we could not work out after 4 days. The toiletries provided were excellent but on one of the evenings there was a smell of raw sewage that perminated the room. The pool was empty despite some days the temperature hitting 29. Also most of garden was cordoned off so you could not sit out unless by the restaurant. The breakfast was certainly plentiful but on the first day we had to ask twice for a coffee. We ate once in the restaurant and despite a fancy menu we would not advise this. Being trendy they ask you to download the menu. Our phones had connection problems so we struggled with this. The starters were mixed . Mine was different and tasty hubby's was like a posh onion soup. As we said you need your phone for the menu but this will also keep you amused in the long hours between courses.(there were 6 people dining). The main courses came it was small tasty but not satisfying (given the time we waited). It was also expensive for what if was. I guess it was trying to be something t definitely wasn't. The shop and museum are worth visiting. The staff polite but certainly not warm.

Amazing breakfast, amazing place. Highly recommend staying here, my wife and I really enjoyed it. There is a bald gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch, his service was impeccable. The white wines were lovely, as was the bread that come out before meals.

Great hotel with perfect service quality and hospitality at north west side of Turkey. Wine and couisine were excellent. Very clean. I highly recommend for a short relaxing getaway. Facility also includes one of its kind vine museum. Don’t forget to buy some wine on your way out.
