We celebrated my mums 80th birthday there was 18 of us .Everyone commented how good the food was .The menu suited all tastes and how great the staff were ,friendly and polite. With such a great vibe once again, thank you so much. My mum really enjoyed herself

My daughter and I attended a Sip and Paint Art Class at the Waterside Bar and Restaurant and we had an amazing evening. We had never been here before. We received a warm welcome from the bar staff on arrival and were directed to the Artistic Adventures lady who had the class in a designated room. We had a couple of cocktails and a coffee and cake whilst we were there and we found the venue very pleasant. We loved the art class too! There was free parking for three hours included at the bar. We will definitely return.

We always eat here food is always excellent and for me the best steak I have ever eaten perfectly cooked and presented. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, even when it's busy you get great service with a smile. In the summer it's great for being outside watching the boats go by, highly recommend this place.

Do it do it do it, book it book it book it, don’t delay you will not be disappointed. Great staff who are very helpful on checking in, the rooms are 100% bespoke and really lovely . If you want to get out for some fresh air, you are right on the canal. Peaceful overnight with no external traffic noise, street noise, etc.

The Waterside Bar & restaurant have fabulous room decor , and the room was so quiet considering it is up above a pub. Lovely views over the canal and good food in restaurant . Will definitely return . Very easy to join Motorway . Nice friendly staff

Comfortable rooms with a view of the canal, excellent restaurant, good food and friendly efficient staff. 2 miles from RHS Bridgewater and easy access for Salford and Manchester via buses and trams. Pleasant walks by the canal and local parks. No complaints hope to return.

Large pub/restaurant right on the canal side with large beer garden. Good selection of real ales, and friendly staff. Great to have a drink and watch the narrow boats go past. Expensive but well kept beer.
