Location great but employees completely overwhelmed and unstructured. Ordered breakfast not prepared, no room service. And as a top: the most unfriendly treatment that we have ever experienced! Cannot be recommended more.

After a nice walk at the Ruine Frauenburg we saw this beautiful hotel restaurant. Sign at the door said Welcome. In the almost empty restaurant, they were first asked about Ausweis and Corona app. (NO PROBLEM). Then our (small) dog was not welcome and had to go to the car. We then left for gastronomy elsewhere. Bye
