There is very little positive about our three night stay. Pros: The room is clean, comfortable. The breakfast is all right, but limited to one egg only. In fact, you must even ask for a croissant from the back area. The location is fine. Cons: The internet is terrible. The air conditioner didn't work and we were told to open the window. Only one person spoke broken English. My husband was attacked by two angry dogs at night when he went down to discuss the malfunctioning air conditioner. The next morning, same dog was seen up on the chairs eating food off breakfast plates. In the US, the Department of Health would have shut them down! The owners seemed to live on the premises and had family run the place, so a complaint fell on deaf ears. Upon check in, our passports were taken and we were told that we would get them when we left. Only when our English speaking local cousin went to the desk to discuss our issues did we get any kind of help. No apology was ever offered to us. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a place to stay.

The people who manage and maintain this hotel are very nice.It is in a great location any very close to the piazza.It has a decent breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Always stay at this Hotel whenever I go to Eboli.

In the least likely way I visited this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and felt like I was treated very well. Eboli is not a well known town, but it is beautiful and friendly. This hotel feels welcoming with a nice breakfast and rooms. The staff were very kind to this American stranger!

I punti forti dell hotel sono la pulizia,il parcheggio sotterraneo custodito e la ragazza alla reception. Quello negativo è il bagno,molto piccolo e con una distanza minima tra water e bidet, che ne rendeva di difficile utilizzo il secondo. Colazione molto basica per un 3 stelle, ma con attenzioni per i celiaci con prodotti specifici. Reception 24/24 Lo consiglio, soprattutto per il parcheggio, a chi viaggia in moto Pablera e signora

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’hotel Cristal un paio di notti durante il mese di febbraio 2024 con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene . L’hotel gode di un’ottima posizione e poco distante dai punti di interesse della cittadina, le camere sono comode pulite e silenziose. L’hotel offre una colazione a buffet molto utile per non dover uscire e cercare bar nei paraggi, il personale è molto gentile ed educato. Sicuramente torneremo a far visita all’hotel cristal dato siamo di casa a Eboli. Vivamente consigliato.

Hotel un po’ datato ma situato a due passi dal centro di Eboli. Camera pulita ma molto calda a tutte le ore della giornata. Pecca dell’hotel è la colazione! La maggior parte dei prodotti sono confezionati, di cui qualcuno anche scaduto ( ho trovato più fette biscottate scadute). Per non parlare della colazione con i cani, poco igienica e irrispettosa nei confronti degli ospiti. Peli di cane sulle sedute della sala e cani che gironzolavano sia tra i tavoli che sulle sedute stesse ( allego foto).

Al momento del check-out ho avvisato la reception che sarei tornato dopo qualche ora per recuperare la mia auto. Quando sono rientrato in hotel per recuperare l’auto, mi è stato chiesto dai proprietari se avessi “inavvertitamente” preso 4 asciugamani dalla camera. Non avendo preso nulla ho risposto di no, ma comunque i proprietari continuavano a supporre molto marcatamente che io avessi rubato i suddetti asciugamani e che li avessi nascosti in valigia. Pertanto mi sono immediatamente offerto di accompagnare i proprietari in garage per visionare l’interno dell’auto e per aprire le valigie. Non avendo trovato nulla all’interno delle valigie e dell’automobile, ho invitato i proprietari a visionare le telecamere di sicurezza poste nelle zone interessate e mi sono sentito rispondere che erano fuori uso. Nonostante la disponibilità nel dimostrare la mia innocenza e il fatto che gli asciugamani non si trovassero ne all’interno delle mie valigie ne all’interno dell’auto, i proprietari non si sono scusati minimamente e hanno continuato a dubitare.

Stanze belle, ampie e gradevolmente finestrate (davvero, ci si può affacciare in strada a 360 gradi e, nel caso siate in auto, potete agevolmente controllarla una volta parcheggiata in uno dei posti riservati all'albergo); ottima qualità del sonno (le finestre sono, dunque, anche insonorizzate a dovere) e ambienti pulitissimi (bagno incluso) con mobilio nuovo, ben organizzato e ben tenuto. Si vede che dietro a questo hotel c'è una gestione di tipo famigliare; che ci tiene alle cose, diciamo. E' un 3 stelle di categoria "superior" che consiglio assolutamente; perfetto per visitare Paestum, data l'ubicazione sì vicina al centro di Eboli, con il Corso e i ristoranti che distano al massimo 200 metri, ma anche al relativo svincolo autostradale, che ne dista 800. Perfetto anche per una sola notte: metti caso che devi spezzare il viaggio da Bologna a Messina, ti fermi a Eboli (cit.). Buona la colazione e simpaticissima la ragazza alla reception, che ci ha pure consigliato dove andare a mangiare la sera del 21.08.2023.
