Ryokan Ito

We stayed here for one night because the reviews of the food were good. The room was a small, rustic inn, but it was not unclean. Rather, it felt like we were back in the countryside, and we were able to relax. The parking lot was a little small and we couldn't park by ourselves, so we had the staff guide us. All the dishes at both dinner and breakfast were amazingly delicious, especially the locally grown rice. We are a couple in our 40s who are not big eaters, but we emptied our entire rice containers at both dinner and breakfast. Also, although it is not in the photo, the umeboshi (pickled plums) at breakfast were really delicious. It was the first time I had umeboshi that had a faint plum aroma before it was sour or salty! This is a recommended inn for those who want to eat delicious food from Ebino and delicious rice.
