Great staff!! Rooms were comfortable, but it takes a while to heat up and you have to use a water heater to shower but otherwise we highly recommend this place purely for the convenience of visiting the Hei Zhu valley (worth it!). The hot spring was closed for 2 months when we went though, so just ask ahead if you plan on going.

The price of booking a room at the front desk is dozens of dollars cheaper than online, although it is a member price. Looking at the reviews, others commented on the same room type, there are breakfast coupons, commented on the breakfast is good, we did not, not want to eat that meal, obviously the praise is basically brushed out, because I have also experienced it.
