This place is absolutely incredible! The scenery is a reason enough to make a visit, however the lodge and its facilities, staff and food also make this place well worth a trip! The lodge is a great place to relax and unwind, while being in the most beautiful scenery. The surrounding walks/hikes are also incredible with breathtaking views and wildlife along the way! The town Kufstein itself is also worth a visit on its own, both places are so authentic and unique! The walk up to the lodge takes about an hour with fantastic views, take your time to enjoy them! The value for money is beyond fantastic and I could not recommend this place enough if you are travelling to Europe and enjoy the outdoors!

I made a booking for a one night stop-over for my family (two small kids). The booking was made a few days before the trip and I cancelled it 3-4 hours later when I realized that we had to walk for an hour up a mountain to get to the hotel. The description at *********** says “not more than a 30 min walk” which was acceptable to us. However the reviews said about one hour walk and when asked the hotel confirmed 50 min is expected. This difference is significant (double the time) and the information provided is misleading. Based on that I requested a cancellation without a fee, this was ignored by the hotel who drew the fee from my account without answering mails. Poor service and not trustworthy. Note: I haven’t stayed at the hotel so it might be nice place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Berg'k'hof Kaisertal. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and the food is tasty. We also eat the best Kaiserschmarrn and pizza at Veitenhof. We were able to upgrade to the Alm Hütte, which is an unique experience. We can’t wait to come back.

Tolles Ambiente. Extrem nettes Personal, das immer für dich bereit steht. Tolles Angebot mit Morgen-Yoga! Frühstück ist alles Bio und aus der Region. (Schmeckt super). Das Essen schmeckte vorzüglich! Die Wanderung zum Berg k hof ist ist auch für Anfänger schaffbar.

Der Veitenhof hat sehr nettes Personal und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich super. Tolles Abendessen im zugehörigen Berg’k’hof (ca. 10-15min entfernt). Betten und Zimmer sind sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Super Ausgangspunkt für eine mehrtägige Wanderung.

Wir ( 69/68/9 Jahre) hatten einen wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem wahnsinnig schönen Ambiente. Hier ist alles einfach bis ins Detail auf den Gast abgestimmt. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Chef und auch das gesamte Personal war einfach total aufmerksam und liebenswürdig. Wir hatten HP gebucht.Das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen, einfach ein kulinarischer Genuss! Zwischendurch dann mal den sensationellen Kaiserschmarren und die sehr leckeren selbst gemachten Limonaden. Im übrigen, es stehen immer reichlich kostenlose Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung. Fazit: Ja, der Aufstieg ist für ungeübte, ältere- und übergewichtige Personen , schon beschwerlich. Aber dann geht’s halt langsam zum Ziel und dort angekommen wird man echt für seine Mühe belohnt! - Einfach eine Wohlfühloase inmitten einer wunderbaren Natur! -

Es war wunderschön hier. Die Aussicht, die Zimmern und das Personal sind sehr einlandend und herzlich, man wird sofort herzlich begrüßt und fühlt sich sehr wohl. Frühstück sowie alle weiteren Speisen sind wirklich top! Der Weg dorthin war am ersten Tag etwas anstrengend, jedoch sind wir am selben Tag schon sehr viel gegangen und waren da auch schon etwas erschöpft, wir sind am nächsten Tag wieder runter gewandert nach Kufstein um hier ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten anzusehen und am Abend wieder rauf, da war es um einiges leichter 😅. Auch unsere Kinder 8 und 9 waren so begeistert und wollen auf alles Fälle wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis 🫶 Familie Muster

Hotel war sauber. Die Angestellten sehr nett. Es sind keine 30 Minuten Fußmarsch so wie angegeben für normale Gäste!!! Für mich als sehr gut trainierter Mensch, war der Aufstieg in 28 Minuten aber im Stechschritt realisierbar. Mit Frau und Kind haben wir 50 Minuten gebraucht. Für alle die dort hin wollen: es sind 278hhm, davon 320 Treppenstufen wild angelegt, auf 2,4km Länge. Das Auto muss man unten am Parkplatz parken lassen, dies kostet nochmal 3 €/Tag. Diese Anreiseinfo muss von Booking m.M.n. wesentlich besser kommuniziert werden. Das Frühstück für 18€/Tag für Erwachsene und Kinder 12€ finde ich viel zu teuer, zumal Säfte nicht inklusive sind. Zu guter Letzt der Chef, nach Außen hin nett, hat aber so eine schnippische Art an sich, die in der Gastronomie nichts zu suchen hat. Als Beispiel: fragten nach Wasser zum Frühstück, als Antwort kam: hier hinten ist ein Wasserhahn. Ein Gast fragte nach Schüsseln, er antwortete: komm her ich bücke mich für dich.
