This hotel showed up when I filtered for a pool. The hotel did not have a pool or hot tub. This was priced like a high end hotel but was anything but. I ended up with hives everywhere my dress wasn’t while sitting on the couch. The front desk was willing to cancel the night and let us check out but the trip app is still refusing the refund of the second night. There was no apology for couches being wool, as I am allergic.
I spent 3 hours trying to resolve this, so I could get back to my romantic weekend in my home town, only booked for the pool and hot tub.

Dirty, smelly rooms
No telephone in yhe room, not in a safe location. Rooms had no amenities air-conditioning didnt work light fixtures burnt,. I do not recommend!

This Best Western is outstanding. The accommodations are excellent. The location is very accessible and close to shopping and eating.

Just a few issues.
Stained sheets. Burnt, unusable iron. Vending machine out of order. No limes for $5 Coronas. Complimentary breakfast not good because they use a pancake roll out machine and tater tots as hash browns. Only one dude on graveyard shift spoke understandable English. Slow elevator like could break at any moment. Refrigerator set at freeze temperature and can't adjust.
Other than that it was okay. At least the AC worked well.

We had a great stay in March. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! It was quiet the entire night and breakfast was great in the morning. Very easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby if needed. We will definitely be staying again when visiting our daughter at school.
