We stayed in this hotel 16 days. Good place near markets and bus stop, also KFC, Burger King, Gregs and etc.. The city center and Riverside park are 2 bus stops away from hotel. Breakfast is good.. personal is also good. From personal I want to thank Mr. Andy for his support. He helped us with big great everytime we need. Very positive and helpful person. Thank you very much. Also i want to add it will be good if there be mosquito nets on windows )

Stayed overnight to break up a long journey with a classic car. Staff were nice and friendly (even in the pub). Hotel was nice and clean and had everything I needed. Only slight negative was the cooked breakfast which, although tasty, was somewhat oily. I would stay again, but would probably give the cooked breakfast a miss. There are plenty of other options available.

Fantastic hotel, Very clean. We rang the night before to ask if we could have an upstairs room,no problem. We were given a room on the second floor, obviously a family room I think. It was massive, around the back of the hotel and lovely and quiet. Large standing fan provided(thank goodness).Very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom although shower not very powerful.Good shower gel and handwash. lovely white towels.Downside for such a big room would have been nice to have 2 chairs. The wardrobe space is small, but with a shelf and drawer.Pity the hotel dosnt have air conditioning, it was so very hot!

Although We stayed on the hottest day of the year (knowing there was no air con so our own fault) the staff, especially Andy, Jennie and Hannah could not be any more accommodating to us. We had an 8 month baby, the room was so hot that they moved our stuff to a cooler room. I cannot state how impressed we were with the customer service despite having a bad night due to reasons out of their control. We would 100% stay here again.

Very pleasant experience whenever I come to stay in the area. The staff on the front desk are great, always warm and welcoming. Jennie, Hannah and Andy always go out of their way to accommodate, where ever possible. The cleaning staff always does a brilliant job of keeping the rooms clean and presentable. It has become a home from home for me personally. Keep up the great work, be back to see you all soon

I've been to this premier in before for work. I can understand that the beds are great, rooms are spacious but can I just say about Andy on reception. I left my phone at work. Then had means of money to get something to eat. I tried to go into the other premier in to see if I could get food and charge it to my room across the road which I couldn't Andy decides to buy me a just eat and pays for it himself. What a bloody legend of an employee you have. I hope you read this and appreciate what he has done to a complete stranger. LEGEND

Stayed here because I was on a technical course at EOGB, which is five minutes away from the hotel . Room clean, comfortable bed, bathroom ok. Booked for dinner and breakfast, excellent selection of food and drink. Staff were very welcoming. Big car park with security cameras. WiFi reception is terrible . Apart from that, all very good. Would definitely stay again
