Poor location. Must have a car to commute from and to hotel.
Poor service. Called room service in the night but connected to another room, despite them saying free cows milk.

It was a short trip but great value for money. I wish I had longer time to explore the spa and other facilities but definitely looking forward to other visits and longer stays to have a much fuller experience

The staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool area with the steam and sauna rooms were clean. The rooms need updating but overall we had a pleasant experience.

A little upset that the bed was two singles pulled together but most everything else was good.
Receptionist was very helpful and kind.

An overnight stay for business, there was a conference on, the hotel was incredibly busy so not as slick as usual checking in and ordering room service after arriving late but this is understandable.

Hotel was in a great location for where we needed to be. Only used hotel to sleep and for breakfast. Breakfast wasn't the best, was warm and got cold quickly, however, overall enjoyed our stay. Stay clear of the trees when parking, our car was a mess on our return.
