The hotel service is very good. Room is quite old but the staff are so helpful when the toilet happen to have an issue. The response is pretty fast. The only issue encountered was weak water flow in the shower, its difficult to rush out when bathing. There is no lift as well, not advisable for people who has hand carry but again hotel staff are nice and willing to help out.

I've stayed here several times over a period of years. The staff are ALWAYS terrific! Free breakfast included -- a bonus, but limited variety if you stay three weeks as I do. Occasionally there's hot water for a shower. The rooms are starting to look run-down, but compared to other places, this is still a very good place to stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent (friendly and accommodating). The only issue is there is not a lot of options for food as the city has no restaurant franchises. If you don't mind only eating local food from family run canteen style vebders? Then this is a lively place to visit.

Rooms are tiny, bed is reasonably comfortable. The restaurant on the top floor is good. The included breakfast was very good and the halo halo was well above average. Parking is almost non-existent. I was nervous about leaving a motorcycle parked out front. The guard was sleeping when I checked on him. I think we were the only people there that night
