The room was warm and cosy, the shower was hot, and i had a lovely full english breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay again next time I’m walking the cliffs! Practical points - it’s very easy to find and to access eastbourne seafront. There are shops and restaurants a 2 min walk down the road in case you don’t feel like venturing too far after a long day.

Used as an overnight stay before a South Downs Way trek. Our stay was perfect. We were provided a fresh and quiet room that allowed us a restful evening and an excellent breakfast all that allowed us to be fully charged for the day’s adventure. Highly recommended.

Lovely room, delicious breakfast and very gracious and helpful owner. Susanne was the perfect hostess and made my stay very enjoyable. She booked a table at the best pub in Meads Village and booked me a cab to the train station, all with no fuss or muss.
