We spent an excellent few days at this gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean, everything needed for a comfy stay and very hospitable hosts. The breakfast - cooked to order - was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d love to be able to offer a suggestion for improvement but there is nothing that needs to change. Would fully recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

A lovely little gem at the quieter end of Eastbourne. Karen and Mark made us very welcome, the room was bright and clean and so quiet you could hear a pin drop. You had to preorder breakfast but that was not a problem, freshly cooked with quality ingredients and good portions served piping hot. Plenty of free parking a really relaxing couple of days, we hope to return soon.

Another great stay at The Langtons. We stayed in the Garden room which is lovely and bright with great views over the sea. We have stayed several times previously and always had a friendly welcome, and loved the clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of choice at breakfast which is always freshly cooked and hot. We will be back!

Just spent a great weekend at The Langton's guest house. Everything was excellent as expected from previous reviews and good value for money! Stayed in the Regency room and would love to return at a future date, perhaps trying a different room. Breakfast was great as well!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Langtons. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Mark and his wife are wonderful hosts. The breakfast(s) that we had were excellent. We found the noise from the highway that fronted the property to be loud until late at night, after which it was very quiet. The property is close to the beach. Eastbourne is an interesting town with some beautiful views.

Welcoming and efficient. Nicely decorated themed rooms which are left open when unoccupied so you can see other options. Comfortable bed with good shower. Reason for four instead of five stars was lack of fruit and also porridge at breakfast.

Lovely stay - hosts with the most. Super breakfast - cooked to perfection. Hosts give you tips on where to go etc. Would deffo recommend. Good location - easy to park. Small walk to harbour. Small walk to pier. You will not be disappointed if you book here.
