Another great stay at The Langtons. We stayed in the Garden room which is lovely and bright with great views over the sea. We have stayed several times previously and always had a friendly welcome, and loved the clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of choice at breakfast which is always freshly cooked and hot. We will be back!

Just spent a great weekend at The Langton's guest house. Everything was excellent as expected from previous reviews and good value for money! Stayed in the Regency room and would love to return at a future date, perhaps trying a different room. Breakfast was great as well!

Welcoming and efficient. Nicely decorated themed rooms which are left open when unoccupied so you can see other options. Comfortable bed with good shower. Reason for four instead of five stars was lack of fruit and also porridge at breakfast.

Lovely stay - hosts with the most. Super breakfast - cooked to perfection. Hosts give you tips on where to go etc. Would deffo recommend. Good location - easy to park. Small walk to harbour. Small walk to pier. You will not be disappointed if you book here.

Lovley clean room for a 2 night stay in eastbourne,no problem parking,and the couple that run it very friendly and helpful would recommend,tea and coffee facilities in room,and snacks on landing reasonably priced and sweets in the room.eastbourne lovely place

Nice place to stay mark and Karen were welcoming and friendly.we had the front room an the first floor with a fantastic sea view and the bed was very comfortable we will return in the future. It is opposite the beach and approx 15 minutes walk to the pier along a lovely promenade.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langtons. The seafront location offers stunning views and easy beach access. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for a delightful stay in Eastbourne.

The hosts are very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a sea view. The entire house is tastefully decorated, clean and pleasant. Each room has a differrent decor. The breakfast are very good. Our stay was very enjoyable . A big plus is the bus stop is next to the house.

This was a lovely little guest house, room very comfortable clean and cosy. The hosts Mark and Karen lovely couple so friendly, made us feel very welcome. Breakfast lovely. My husband Trev and I had a lovely Easter bank holiday break, will most def be back. S So thank you Mark and Karen for your wonderful hospitality. Myra & Trev Perkins Portsmouth Hampshire.
