Ok it was

Hotel prices are great, but the hotel is run down and lots of drug use and woman being strung out and being pimp out .

We check-in very late around 4:00am due to our late flight and 1 missing piece of luggage. Got our room promptly, but the bath tub was choke and dirty. Tried to change our room, but was told that there was no other available room, but they sent someone to fix it in the morning. The hotel is pretty basic, more for people with own transport. Location wise, there is not much around the area, but we found Denny's within walking distance. There are a couple of other eating places as well, though we didn't try them.

This was quite possibly the worst motel I’ve stayed in. Upon opening the door, you are immediately greeted with the strong scent of must and cigarette smoke. A few steps in, you realize the floors have not been mopped probably ever. Smoke alarm disconnected from the wall and without a battery. Dirt and dust bunnies collecting in every crevice. Dead bugs in the bathtub, among other unknown substances. Bed sheets were imprinted with cigarette burn holes.

Our stay was uneventful, nothing like the horror stories people have had, just a pretty outdated room in a slightly sketchy area, what I expected for such a cheap stay. Unfortunately, I had paid with a credit card upon arrival, and received a text that the transaction was put through. At checkout, they took our room keys and told us we were all set. That charge has since disappeared from my credit statement, but the credit limit remains lowered. I have been trying repeatedly to call the hotel and make sure my stay has been paid for, but none of my calls have been picked up, and there is no answering machine set up at the property. Beyond frustrated right now.

No iron in room. Asked multiple times. Eventually waited at front desk and they found a spare. Then back at room the ironing board was broken. Fitness center locked with padlock - manager said doing repairs. No coffee made in reception area in morning - the help said they were "running behind" on coffee. Dialing 0 didn't from room didn't seem to go anywhere - had to call front desk with personal phone.

I arrived early asked for early check they said no room will be ready at 3 instead it was 4. The only thimg that makes that place ok is the young lady that works the desk poor thing deals woth wveeyones problems all by herself. The overnight guy very rude and bo skills.
