East Rutherford Hotels with Airport pickup service

Please remove the swimming pool, do not mislead the guests, because they do not have a swimming pool, my children are very disappointed & # 128542; others are satisfied, I hope to accurately indicate the service items.

We stayed here as a cheaper option when visiting NY. Bus operates regularly and stops right in front of the hotel. Reception offered us a timetable. $9 US for a day return to downtown NY and journey only 30 minutes. Another day we got the bus to the huge American Dream complex which is a mall anc amusement park. Bus was $2 US and took 10 minutes. Rooms themselves a bit tired and dated, Lighting poor and stains on carpet and chair. No outlook except carpark or road. Beds comfortable and inclusive breakfast good selection and generous. Guest laundry great and affordable. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly and special mention to Jordan. Granted us a free late check out which was appreciated. If you want a cheap easy alternative to the rip off that New York is then stay here.

Stayed over for a weekend as I had a couple of events to attend. I didn't have any interactions with the front desk staff as I check-in and out from my phone, although I was greeted each time I entered/exited. I'll give this hotel a shoutout for not having the air conditioners in the rooms limited, if you want the room to go down to 60 degrees, the AC will go down to 60 degrees. The pool is small but perfect for 2-3 families at most, the complimentary breakfast was small but satisfactory for what it was and did the job. The only thing that would keep me from giving this hotel the highest ratings are the following: - The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (specifically toilets) can use an upgrade. - You can hear the RT17 traffic from your room, the only thing louder than the traffic was the refrigerator in the room. - The elevators are extremely slow so if you are above the 3rd floor it can be annoying to go up and down. - The mattresses (we had the king-size bed) were extremely thin to the point you could feel the springs pressing into your body as you sleep. - The night we had one of the events we could drive through the entrance way as we did normally as there were 2 cars parked there. When we go to the entrance it was a bunch of people hanging out and smoking **** with both cars parked and playing music loudly. (This could be a one-time thing here but I was only there 1 night) Overall, for what I needed a hotel for this stay, just a place to sleep for 1 night. I don't believe I could do more.

The hotel has very good service

The hotel is very clean and the people at the front desk are very nice they did a great job on getting me to my room . The rooms and hallway were very clean and the staff was very nice The only problem I had was the continental breakfast on the top floor They only have a little bit of fruit and stuff to serve nothing hot And they had no help only one girl chatting with somebody in the back room did not come out and serve anybody so do not get the continental breakfast it's a waste of money otherwise the hotel was great 👌

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. Comfortable beds and pool was open (rare these days!) but staff need to pay closer attention to rooms and amenities - broken gym equipment, ripped towels, previous guests’ clothes overlooked and left in room, etc. Several different instances of negligence, which negatively impacted our stay.

It was pretty easy to book, find, and to get into the hotel. The front desk person has the room keys ready, so we got to the room in a few seconds. It was clean and quite even the room was located next to the elevator. Me and my friends have relaxed time there.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff is very friendly. Building is CLEAN. Rooms are clean, bedding is clean as well. The furniture is in good standards. Quiet place, near many malls and about 30 minutes from NYC. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Free parking.
