"Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.
Pros-
Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in."

"Very noisy, can hear outside traffic as well as the people above (we were woken up every morning at 6am to a heard of elephants and machinery above us, really unpleasant!), in addition the bed was extremely uncomfortable (no duvet, it’s a itchy blanket). The only thing good was the size of the place and the kitchen however the inside of the oven was filthy with greasy tin foil left over. Internet wasn’t the best speed and kept dropping. Overall wouldn’t stay here again."

"This is a serviced apartment hotel with a reasonable location, not far from the river, about 1.3 km to the Swan Bell Tower and London Street. You can walk and see it without knowing it. The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. There are microwave ovens, refrigerators, electric stoves and cookers. There is a paid parking lot, which can only be entered and exited by remote control. It costs $30 a day and you can enter and exit as you like. The skinny Indian guy at the front desk did not provide good service. At 3pm, I asked him to tell the waiter to clean the room. He promised, but when he came back at 5 o'clock, he still hadn't cleaned it. When I asked him what happened, he said that he missed the time and could only wait until tomorrow to clean the room. It's really terrible!
To be honest, after walking around outside, it seems that domestic hotels are better than those outside in every aspect."

"Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. "Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."

"The location was superb, it was not far from the city main centre and accessible with the free CAT bus with a short walk. The staff were very kind and friendly. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were a bonus."

"I had a fantastic stay at Ibis East Perth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit.
I really appreciated the on-site gym ,it may not be huge, but it had more than enough equipment for a solid workout, which was perfect for keeping up my routine while traveling.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around Perth. Overall, a great value and a very enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely be back!"

"This was our very first trip to Perth.
If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up.
Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount:
Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride.
Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride.
There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take.
Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains.
Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel.
If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply).
We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement:
Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference.
Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable.
Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic.
Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement.
Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests.
These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests."

Very Good
GGuest UserThis place is fabulous. The only reasons for slightly lower points on amenities are as yet there isn’t an afternoon or evening dining option and the location is at the far end of Adelaide terrace .. which isn’t bad .. just not a lot going on that end at the moment. However it is easy walking distance to east Perth which is good. Also fine for central city shopping .. around a 15 minute walk. I think as more is added in that location it will be even more fabulous.
Rooms are very smart and well maintained.

DDinikhaiiiI managed to book the king standard room for AUD$369 for two nights 😝 Upon checking in, I was doubt the room would be “okay” because the hallway on the way to room looked narrow, a bit dark, and creepy. However, when I saw the room, I was happy because it was spacious. The room looked quite old, but every furniture seems new. Even though one bed light didn’t work well (sometimes on sometimes off), the room was still very bright. The bathroom was very cleaaan which made me even happier 😙it has everything u need for bath: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, even shaving cream 🤩Unfortunatelly, the hair dryer didn’t work. That’s the only minus from the bathroom. Also, the room has coffee machine (too bad I’m not a coffee lover) and even the fridge which I didn’t expect. Overall, although the room is the lowest level, I’m super happy with it. Will I come back? Yess
