"The room has a kitchen, which is more convenient for our friends who are not used to eating Western food when we go abroad. You can buy your own groceries and cook them yourself back at the hotel."

"Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property."

"Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.
Pros-
Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in."

"A lovely sized double room, clean with all we needed.
Friendly reception and easy book in.
The location was great for us. A close to the city accommodation without highrise was fantastic."

"I booked online. Soon after I booked, I called Alderney on Hay to clarify the room. As I needed twin beds for my friend and I. On my arrival there was a queen bed. I was told it was going to cost me another $25 dollars extra to split the bed into two. Or they could open up the 2nd bedroom for $30 extra per night. Three nights at a total of an extra $90 dollars. Checking with them about my phone call to clarify the twin beds. The lady state that my phone call was received about the twin beds, but the receptionist didn’t let the house staff know. With my long day of travel and the look on the housekeeper’s face, that she had more work to do at knock off time. I just said open the other room. Laying in bed that night thinking. No, this it not my mistake… And I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I when to reception to discuss the matter. I was told the 2nd bedroom was unlocked. Which is wasn’t and my daughter can clarify. The receptionist could fix the situation and she was going to get the manager to contact me. No contact made. Plus the several times I was at reception to fix the problem. The manager was on the phone or not there."

"The front desk service attitude is good.
There is a kitchen, washing machine, balcony, which is quite convenient.
The disadvantage is that the facilities are relatively old-fashioned. The faucet in the shower cubicle is still the kind that separates hot and cold water. The air conditioner is split."

"The most convenient hotel in Perth
1. Transportation: bus at the door, free bus at the back, no birds car rental next to Australia, parking is also available, 15 dollars a day.
2. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen, Airbnb configuration, hotel housekeeping service
3. The environment is amazing
4. The service is great, the front desk communication is super nice"

"Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big and spacious which is a plus point. Front desk was friendly and check in went smoothly.
However, the breakfast buffet experience was absolutely terrible.
There were limited selections of food and the breads tasted substandard.
Not to mention the service by the staffs were horrible. Staff only came to table 5minutes before the closing time to mentioned they are closing the buffet, 9.30am which stipulated on the site is 10am. A guest came down at 9.30am wanting to have his breakfast but couldn’t do so because they apparently stated that they are close for the day. If the buffet spread was to be close at 10am, they should not stipulate on the website that it is close at 10am. Additionally, when we arrived at 9.10am, they ought to mention to us that the closing timing was at 9.30am so that we could be prepared for the closing.
I personally feel that I was short changed given that I paid $32 for such buffet and if there is an option, I would not have eaten my buffet here."

"Quality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth."

Very Good
RRainedThe newly renovated room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was no renovation noise observed and we had a peaceful rest. The breakfast costs AUD 28 per person per day if you add it on at the start of your stay, the breakfast variety was not the best but there was an egg station, pastries, some cooked dishes with Asian and Western selection, and two hot coffee machines.
