I had booked it with kitchen first time, all things was good. kitchen, free parking,good location. I thought all rooms had kitchen then booked it second time, and request electrical stove room, no one replied can do or not,we been the room where was no kitchen. I thought who did not clearly know which room with kitchen. we don’t book it any more. Booked other where we sure with kitchen, free parking , similar prices and location.

Overall good experience with this hotel The breakfast is nice and hearty with hot and cold selections Location is not bad with a Red CAT bus stop (and other city buses as well) nearby Near the Perth Mint and also car rental companies Has complimentary parking The hotel is old but still well maintained. Rooms are well equipped Only thing is the toilet is super small. And there was renovation done on Sunday near the breakfast area - not that hygienic

My experience staying at the hotel it so nice everything you want it has beautiful view.

This place is cheap for a reason. If you have a few extra dollars per night there are much nicer places and areas in Perth to stay . This is an older hotel that the staff do an incredible job of maintaining . The bathroom is not very spacious, and still has old-settings.

Excellent service, food was great and made quick and fresh. Can't complain for a quick overnight stay, thanks!

Perfect location ,perfect view,free parking but unfortunately the available room was with bad smelling

Really enjoyed my time here, although vaccuming & wiping down wasn't the best though, furniture positioning needs some touching up, bit great view, lovely room

Located in the city center, there are free cat cars around, and there is a hotel-specific parking lot for free parking. The room is of good size, has good lighting, has a balcony and can be ventilated, and the room is equipped with kitchen utensils, but it feels a little less hygienic.

About 15 minutes walk from the center. The bus is free. The kitchen is minimal and there is no oil. salt and pepper. There is coffee and tea. Good Wi-Fi. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff. they are treasures. There is a simple market on the brand floor.

Originally thought it would be better to be close to the city center, and everything else will be fine. Stayed for two nights and killed no less than 20 cockroaches! Cockroaches suddenly appeared on the table, and suddenly appeared on my computer screen. I have no idea how many are hiding in this room! When I checked out, I told the front desk that there were many cockroaches in your room, but I smiled and replied, "I would let them know!" I didn't even say sorry. Let who know? Let housekeeping know? Or tell the roaches to keep him out? At this price, I can stay in other hotels. I only chose this one with free parking because I rented a car and felt sorry for the parking fee! I advise everyone not to be attracted by the fact that this hotel has a free parking lot. The parking spaces are also limited. I was lucky to have the last parking space, otherwise I would not know where to park! Moreover, the location of this hotel is slightly away from the city center. It’s okay to deviate from one or two intersections in China. Perth is a city that is super deserted on the road at night. There are some homeless black people hanging around the door here. Once you enter the hotel There is also a black perfume smell! I also heard a conversation between two front desk staff that "Chinese people need to swipe their credit card to check in". Although they only charged one yuan, it can be seen that they are afraid that we will use fake credit cards, which makes me feel very uncomfortable! In short, just stay away from this hotel!
