The hotel carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed; my winter sweatpants fell on the floor and picked up a huge, multi-colored clump of hair – it was disgusting! The bathroom door in our room was a bit broken and wouldn't close properly; sometimes it would even open by itself. The light fixture on the bathroom ceiling was cracked on both sides and looked like it was about to fall. The next day, we asked the cleaning staff to clean our room. They said yes, but then left a note saying our room wasn't eligible for cleaning service! There was also a strange smell in the room. The only good things were its proximity to MSU and the spacious room. Oh, and the Black guy at the front desk who helped us store our luggage around 11 AM was excellent! Everything else was below par. I won't be staying here again!

Location is very near to amtrak station. Breakfast is so so. No room cleaning ; even we have stayed for 3 nights.

Room was filthy. Staff was distant and cold except one guy. Room was never cleaned in 4nights/5days they just changed towels once. Pool was closed that was one of the reasons of booking this particular hotel. Location and parking was good. Breakfast very basic.
