Stayed here a couple times now, quiet and friendly staff. My only con this stay was the room had some visible dirt and a musty smell on arrival.

The room that I stayed in was nice and clean. I didnt like when I purchase some items to eat at their little store they didnt accept credit card only cash.

We always enjoy staying at are only 2 things that could be better. There was an uncovered trash bin with trash in it in the hall directly across from our room. That is unsanitary and an eye sore.
We would like the breakfast menu to slightly change to include scrambled eggs and a beef or turkey meat product instead of creamed chip beef, sausage gravy and hard boiled eggs.

Room was clean, but had some maintenance issues. Leaking tub faucets and loose carpet. Tv was located in a weird spot in the room, gives you a kink in the neck trying to watch it. Breakfast was nice, but spread out into different rooms, which was not easy to find some items. Staff was cordial.

The tub faucet leaked.
The room was not cramped--plenty of space--and it was clean. You offered hot options for breakfast, which saves me time having to go to a restaurant in the morning. You had beautiful and festive decorations for Christmas (including lights outside), and I really appreciated that, since I didn't have the time to do that at home this year. I checked out on 12/30/2023, and the woman working at the desk was absolutely the sweetest, most friendliest person ever!

Overall our 3 day stay was ok. There were some issues that made our experience not so great. First the room. There were obvious signs of paint chipping everywhere. The bathroom sink faucet was not tied down to the sink. The entire base moved at the slightest touch. Same for the shower top faucet. The entire pipe up to the wall moved with any adjustment you made to the shower head with just a few fingers.
There was paint chipping all over the bathroom walls. The rod that held the shower curtain was lose. I’ve seen better maintained rooms in a motel. The pool water was on the cold side, it’s winter. The room access cards stopped working. No ice machines, no vending machines in case you wanted a snack. They had a small closet with over priced snacks and limited selections. Came in and went out a few times and there was nobody at the front desk.

Have stayed many times at the hotel, will not stay anywhere else when travelling to Lancaster. Christmas decorations in lobby and lights outside created a warm, happy environment for the holidays. Will be back again!

We were greeted right away, friendly staff, everything was good except the bathroom sink drain was real slow and the heater/air ticked the entire time it was running.
