We had to book a different hotel, because the place was closed because of a water leak, ******* has contacted a hotel, and we have going to get a complete refund, thank you ******* for taking care of this so promptly

The room was okay, restaurants were good and it was nice that they were in the hotel. However in the evening there was no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk we realized the phone cord on the phone in the room was cut. I then called using my cell phone and was only able to get through to reservations. After 20 minutes of trying to get the front desk I gave up.

Meeting rooms are very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms could use some updating including more lighting and USB chargers.

Staff waa great, however the side entrance doors took about 15 swipes of my key card to work, bathroom tub was leaking onto the floor, and overall just dated. Little bit of modernization would go a long way.

Hotel is.so close to the ******. Hotel is nice, dated , but clean, they had signs saying renovations are coming this year. Staff was very friendly. It has a small bar and restaurant.

Despite being on 4th floor heard highway traffic all night. Breakfast no longer automatically included. Brown water came out of shower faucet when turned on. Clearly no one has vacuumed under the ottoman in some time.

The hotel is very run down: the hot water did not work, there was mold in the doorways where the carpet was coming up, the shower head was broken and only sprayed hard pulse or sprayed out the bottom all over the bathroom, the pool was dirty, hot tub drained, blood spots on the patio. We booked a room with a couch for my son and were given a room with a chair (they did accommodate with a rollaway bed).
They were fully booked. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but I won't be staying there next year in the current state of cleanliness/rundown facilities

Booked a King Bed for 2 nights and when I arrived they said they did not have one available after driving 7 hours and booked in advance!
