I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel. During my stay, the electricity in my room went out twice. I attempted to address the issue by going to the front desk, but no one was available. I also called three times and did not receive a response until three hours later via text. This lack of responsiveness and poor service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to stay at your property again. I hope you address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Rooms were clean and well laid out. It felt like I had gone back in time. The overall hotel was quaint, friendly and inviting. The staff, especially Cindy made our experience all the more wonderful. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel you can't beat Journey East Hampton.

It was clean, comfortable, and modern feeling! We will definitely be back. The pool is nice. The service was great. They let us check in a little early which was super helpful.

S’mores, yoga, bikes, beach passes, breakfast, drinks in the fridge— all included. Beautiful decor. Quiet, relaxing, multiple places to lounge. This is a 10/10 and would come back again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Centrally located!
