We had an amazing experience at Premier Sani Pass resort. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We loved our room and the bed and pillows was so comfortable. We definitely recommend Premier Sani Pass Hotel. 5 star!!!!!!

From the outset; the team at Premier Resort Sani Pass were on hand to address us, see to our needs and settle us in. Nothing was too much to ask and someone was always available. The friendly team carried out their respective duties with what I'd call pride. The hotel is well-maintained and offers more than we could enjoy in just a weekend. The evenings are casual with options of relaxing, meeting at the bar or getting involved in some group entertainment. Our room had everything that we needed and more.

Two nights stay during a 20 day group tour (17 pax) in SA. Room 501 (cabin type) good size, well equipped and clean, good mattresses. Luckily there was also heating in the room although it made a lot of noise. There was rather major issue IMO...the lack of water pressure in the shower, the fact that the hot water was barely look warm after very a long wait and the water was brown coloured. Keycard didn't work on two occasions. Dinner as well as the breakfast were great ! Friendly staff in the restaurant.

During our recent stay at the resort, we had a somewhat mixed experience. While we had a great time during our previous visit, this time we encountered some issues that left us feeling a bit disappointed. On the positive side, the resort's beautiful surroundings were just as enchanting as we remembered. On the day after arrival, we had a meeting with the management to discuss some concerns we had and they kindly gifted us a fruit and chocolate platter, which we appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. However, there was no follow-up on the matters we discussed. One of the areas that fell short during our stay was dinner at the restaurant. The lack of a reservation system made it chaotic, and despite being promised a table after a short wait, we were left waiting for much longer. The food itself was good, but we noticed several issues, such as dishes running out frequently at breakfast, mislabeling of items, and some undercooked items (crumpets) or egg shells present in the breakfast order. These may seem like minor details, but they reflect a lack of attention to detail and overall management. While our room was new and comfortable, it had a few issues that needed attention. Initially, the basin lacked a plug, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. However, when we reported a flooding issue in the bathroom after a shower, we received no response from the maintenance team or housekeeping. It took a second complaint for a manager to address the problem, but the towels used to mop up the water were taken away were not replaced. The presence of mold on the walls near the shower was concerning and indicated a recurring problem. We were also disappointed when some kids' activities were canceled without any prior communication or suitable alternatives. It was only after we spoke with the management that the youth team became more involved, which our son enjoyed. Overall, the resort has the potential to be a wonderful destination, but improvements are needed. The open-air play area raised safety concerns, particularly the trampoline without any safety skirting. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests, especially those with young children. Though our stay had its ups and downs, we still managed to enjoy ourselves. However, based on our recent experiences, we may explore other accommodation options when we visit the region next time. We hope that the management takes the feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to create a more satisfying experience for future guests.

Checked in on Sunday, it's currently Tuesday. Since check in our unit has had no hot water. Every time we queried different responses have been given as to why there's no water. No alternate plans are being made and no feedback is being given from management. Totally unacceptable with single digit temperatures.

Let's start with the Positive. 1. Great Location - close to explore Underberg, Himeville and off course the popular Sani Pass and Lesotho. 2. Great views of the Drakensberg from our room. 3. Perfect for families with children - lots of activities available. 4. The buffets and breakfast food were really great. In fact, the best hotel food I have eaten in a while. 5. The staff is warm and friendly and quick to assist with anything you need. 6. The bathroom underfloor heating kept the chill away. Unfortunately with the good, comes the bad. 1. Never ever in my life have I ever paid a holding deposit for a tv remote. 2. The room (king standard) was clean, but a large obvious gap means a piece of furniture was missing. The couch stands under the tv, so you are forced to watch tv from the bed. If the TV works. 3. The wifi and internet is non-existant. This is not a hotel for working or business. It is a remote area, so rather just enjoy the surroundings. 4. The room and hotel lacks personality. 5. The feeling is that guests steal, so we'll only provide the bare necessary stuff. Where are the hotel slippers and gowns? No teaspoons to mix your coffee with, just wooden sticks. I felt like I was staying in a government room. 6. Chairs outside to enjoy the view, but no side table to just rest your books and coffee mugs on. For me the attention to detail was lacking. 7. No proper brochures or files in the room providing you with options on all the activities, restaurants in the area etc. At reception we were handed copies of bad photocopies that had the resort layout and week activities. For a hotel that is not professional. If you don't want to enjoy the buffets, the only option is to google restaurants in the area and hope you get to something nice. Again, attention to detail lacking. 8. Only one side of the bed had a charging port. Take a lead with if you want your phone closeby. It is adequate if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

We made our reservation more than 12 months' ago for a university reunion. From start to end, all staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating of special requests. During our four-day stay service was efficient and friendly. Rooms were upgraded at no cost and were spacious and clean and had a lovely view of the garden and mountains. The restaurant provided great food with a variety of options and even individual dietary requirements were not a problem. The grounds are neatly kept with golf, horse riding, walks, spa and a heated pool some of the amenities (many others!) enjoyed by our group. Drinks around one of the several fireplaces always enjoyed. Have to think really hard to be critical but, if anything, drink prices on the high side. Daniel, Pauline and Innocent (among others) made our stay memorable - thank you. Definitely will visit again.

A wonderful setting In the mountains of Sani for a family holiday with lots of activities on offer for kids. Great choice of accommodation and buffet style of dinner and breakfasts. Indoor heated pool and a trout fishing dam on the property. Lots of walks directly from the hotel grounds. Staff very helpful and staff to watch kids in their own playroom.
