voco ZEAL EXETER SCIENCE PARK

We have followed the building of this Net Zero hotel on the Exeter Science Park, Exeter, Devon, from the very beginning and were more than excited to be invited in for a tour recently. We had arranged to be met by Beth Ardron the Director of Sales and Marketing, which we did after sampling a bar lunch and drink. The host from the bar was Beaty who greeted us with a smile and warm friendly welcome. The bar food we had was delicious and plentiful. We instantly felt at home and even more so when joined by Beth. We were given all the data of this three week old hotel before having a personal tour around including viewing a ground floor bedroom. This project from start to finish is nothing short of outstanding in what the teams have achieved. We are very proud to live nearby and very much look forward to enjoying a meal in the restaurant. This must surely be the leading light in all future hotel projects.

Fabulous evening outside on the terrace with friends, in the sunshine and with music and DJ, giving a great vibe amongst the guests. Hospitality was super friendly, amazing cocktails and everywhere had a very cool vibe - great evening and look forward to coming back! Lovely modern hotel, love that they are trying to make everything sustainable and all the staff were very welcoming and free parking for the evening (but must log in).

I love the ethos that this hotel provides stunning vibe music and food. Perfect place for a chill but fun vibe. 10/10 experience

What an amazing hotel - both staff and place; wonderfully contemporary, set in picturesque landscape and staff... attentive to a fault, but not in a cringe way. Helpful and welcoming, I am definitely coming back! Food selection during breakfast was lush too!

I had seen some Facebook adverts for the Tipples on the terrace at Voco Zeal and decided to take the family to check it out. On arrival I entered our car details to allow 3hours free parking (think this should be extended on these nights to allow visitors to experience the whole night). We walked into the bar area and the place had a great vibe!! The bar was clearly busy and so was the terrace. We ordered drinks at the bar and found a seat on the terrace. The DJ was amazing just the right balance of classic and new songs. The cocktails were amazing and had a great choice. Didn’t want the evening to end and we will be back!

Went with friends to the hotels first "Tipples on the Terrace", we had a lovely evening a very modern hotel with a relaxed feel and a great summer vibe, really looking forward to the next one!!!
