I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Viraj. Right from the start, he made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. His attention to detail and professionalism stood out—every request was handled promptly, and he was always available to help with a warm, welcoming attitude.

The location of the hotel is very convenient since the I P Extension metro station is at walkable distance. Within a kilometre, there are two parks, so the morning walks also become easy. The restaurant is very good and the food fantastic. The employees are all very friendly and greets you with a smile always. Cost is okay even for longer stays.

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Metro station Its a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary room upgrade to twin bed to deluxe bed Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again and special thanks to Virag Sir and Raju in service.

Stay was good...Mr.Virag & Mr Javed were very prompt with service and helpful...proves to be an asset to the Golden Palms hotel...they were very polite and cleaned my room upto the mark and went out of the way to help. Hotel food was great too.

I stayed here for 2 nights and i could not fault this hotel in anyway. The experience was just amazing and one i will never forget. Check-in and check-out was so quick and smooth from the reception staff Mr.Asif & Virag and were so helpful when needed. I have stayed in many hotels and this has to be one of the best hotels experience and one i would love to return back too. Thank You for your excellent hospitality.

Best luxury hotel. That I have visited in India . Enjoyed a lot and have a fantastic experience .The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The food was so amazing and followed by there traditional Indian food. specially thanks to Mr. Naveen & Javed his Manager Randhir Singh & them GM to thanks.

The Ambrosia restaurant stands out with its exceptional food that’s absolutely out of this NCR., offering a truly rejuvenating experience. What made this stay even more special was the wonderful service, particularly from Mr. Asif & Randhir Singh & Naveen & Javed & from the restaurant Harish. He made sure every need was met with a smile. The lush green gardens, complemented by peacocks strolling through, created a peaceful ambiance that made my stay unforgettable.
