Hotel is good but the location is not very good. I would recommend this to people who are looking for better price.

If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience!
Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room.
Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Where do I start. Firstly, this should not be designated as a 4-star hotel. It is far from that. If it had called itself a 3-star I would probably be more forgiving for some of the problems I faced. To start off, the AC did not work in my room and it took over an hour and several calls (at one point had to let it ring for about 10 minutes to get an answer) to get someone to come look at the AC and it still didn’t get repaired. The room was 77-78 degrees all night, so I wasn’t able to sleep very well. Also the pillows are among the lowest quality I’ve ever seen at a radisson property. Very underwhelming. Then to make things a bit worse there was no hot water! While the water pressure was good, the lack of hot water is unforgivable in a 4-star property. Also, no toilet paper in the room, no shaving kit, no slippers. The food arrived fairly quickly and tasted ok, but the price was almost double what I was paying at a 5-star recently. I paid over 1,100 INR for chicken wala (no bread or rice) and a soda. Again, very underlweming. WiFi also was hit-or-miss, only worked late late at night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t get good sleep, couldn’t take a nice shower, and had to deal with a humid room. Not a good experience. Also, notice how filthy the sofa in reception is. That should’ve been my warning.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel for 3 nights . Hospitality and food was great. Hotel staff are very cooperative particularly our hostess Priyadarshini was excellent. She is very kind and sweet lady with charming smile 😃. Over all we are happy with all facilities and had a good experience.

Service at the restaurant was excellent. Priyadarshini at the restaurant took care of us well. She was very pleasant, polite and humble in greeting and helping with all our needs. I would recommend to visit this place and also give 5 star rating for their service.

Excellent stay at the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Pretty relaxing stay. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent. But few items can be better. Coffee can be better. I would recommend the hotel for anyone who are planning to stay.

We had a good experience at this hotel! The staff is very responsive and polite. Priyadarshani helped us patiently with all the requests we made around food etc., and attended to us sincerely.She was particularly handling all the demands of our little one as well.

Honestly, I wouldn’t lie, I like my experience at hotel. I’m so thankful to the hotel, that they provided me the room on urgent basis. I had power cut issue at my home, and during this hot weather in Delhi, I was saved that the hotel provided me the room on urgent basis. Being a single woman, it was so much needed for me to spend night at comfortable and safe space, I’m thankful to support staff Mr. Nitin, he helped and arranged the room on such a urgent basis. In short, I’m so much thankful to the hotel. The only thing which could be improved is cleanliness in room , bathroom and availability of deserts, I mean the kitchen staff only had gulabjamuns and brownies. Over all, experience was good, I would definitely come back.

Great experience. Thank you for the hospitality. Ms Priyadarshni was urgent and considerate in her service. And overall had a blast. The rooms were hygienic and staff was polite and respectful as well. Would definitely recommend a visit especially considering value for price!
