We chose this property because it is close to most of the things to do in Mataram.
The check in was very quick even though they only speak Indonesian.
Wifi ok, air conditioning ok, hot water okay even though it took at least 5 hours to arrive, water heater on when we arrived but very dated so we had to wait all this time to have a decent shower, we were coming from a 3 day trek on Mount Rijani and we couldn't wait to warm up a bit.
We are backpackers and that's why we chose this cheap accommodation. They gave us a very run-down ground floor room, mold on the walls, the bathroom leaked water from both the toilet and the sink, sink detached from the wall that almost fell to the floor... We stayed in much more comfortable facilities and at the same price!!
We used the laundry service and they were impeccable, they also facilitated the rental of a scooter with delivery to the property since the center was 4.5km away.
Will we repeat?! I don't think so!!!
