Very speechless check-in experience. It was already after dinner at the hotel, and the place was easy to find. But the receptionist told us that the room was not reserved for us because Ctrip did not pay. Contacted Ctrip customer service, they quickly communicated for us, but they couldn't give us a room because it was full. After waiting for more than an hour, Ctrip can only say to help us see if other hotels in the town are still available. Our two female colleagues were on a business trip to the United States. We dragged two 29-inch suitcases and two boarding boxes from the west of the United States. We couldn’t check in immediately. After waiting in the lobby for an hour or two, we had to find another hotel😡😡😡! And we plan to stay for two nights. Later, I realized that we are super members of Marriott. After showing the membership card number, the little brother asked the manager for instructions and told us that there is still a room-type suite, but a set of dining table and chairs is missing! And you have to pay separately. Ctrip also agreed to go back and pay us the check-out fee. At this time, we can fall down as long as we have a bed, so we can only accept the check-in. The room was fine. But when the second of us was about to take a shower, the main station called and said sorry, we found our reservation record, because the order of the two people who made the reservation was reversed, and we couldn’t find it just now. We clearly showed the passports of two people ! Bad experience!

Continuation of accommodation, breakfast ends at 9:30, but coffee and hot water are provided for free 24 hours.

The environment is very good, the only shortcoming is that the breakfast is properly diversified.

This property was an unexpected surprise. The accommodations were great!!! We definitely love the hotel and our stay. The hotel had full kitchen to allow us the option to cook or keep our left overs. We enjoyed our experience.

I own an EV so it was nice to have a charging station available to me. Staff was extremely friendly and room was spacious and comfortable

The modern layout of the rooms are about the only positive to this place. Evening staff is very rude if you ask for anything. Does not matter if you request late check out ahead of time, housekeeping will try to enter your room multiple times. For the price, stay somewhere else. There are many hotels nearby.

It was perfect. Very relaxing and just overall a great hotel. We definitely loved our stay here. Coming again!

Amazing hotel! Very clean and spacious I would not recommend using the sofa bed as an additional bed. The mattress was about 1 inch thick and yiu could feel the metal bars through it. Would definitely stay there again.

Very very dirty room maybe they ate to much turkey the rooms are very filthy , trash in the cabinets , trash under the mattress on top of the bed skirt stove look like it came off the street , the oven look like somebody cooked 50 pizzas and just left it that way ….. they need classes or raise the housekeepers pay this is bad news …..

We didn’t have enough toilet items. The lighting was poor. And, we couldn’t turn off the dishwasher.

Quality of service from staff was variable. Some really helpful and friendly, and others particularly the breakfast counter lady expressed micro-aggression making our experience of getting breakfast very unpleasant. Otherwise, room and facilities are perfectly adequate for an extended stay and clean.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. But and this is a big but they charged me for parking without telling me when free parking was available
