When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back. There is also calcium in the shower head and the room is simply old, not well cleaned and maintained. When the housewife makes the beds again, we will find together a big spot on the bed, around. Is that really? The housekeepers are nice and fast coming 2. After I checked it all, I called the RECEPTION and explained everything. Did you say ”so do you want to make the bed again? Do we come?” you ask me? Well! What should I do? Should I sleep on the dirty bed? What a 4-star hotel does that ask? So man must know what to do. We paid breakfast and when we were there, we still have to wait because everything is full, and we have waited full hunger in the lobby but no problem, no drinks or so while we wait. When we get a table, the servant gave us a dirty counter, the servant was fully unfriendly, I said please clean he wasn't wiped but once without seeing and away again. OMG I have to clean everything with my hand, but a servant comes to clean (which may have seen me that I try to clean with my hand). The food was not optional, main thing you can eat.
