Musty smells when I enter the room. Good thing I brought a disinfectant and air freshener. Breakfast is ok. Room temp is warm, they limit the cold temp. it should be how much cold the guest want. Plus, overpriced. Not coming back to this hotel.

The hotel provided a good service. But their picture of the pool area on ******* needs to be changed. They don’t have a hot tub anymore and it shows one in the picture. That was the main reason that I picked this hotel. So we were very disappointed

I needed a handicap room and they were not willing to accommodate me. I booked what said was an accessible room but they told me is was only hearing accessible which was not my problem. I needed a bar by the toilet and not having one caused me extra pain

I tried several times to talk with someone about canceling my room @ refunding my money because there was a statewide emergency storm and our flight was canceled and could not get in to Teaverse City . I really needed someone to help me take care of this and no one ever got back to me OR responded to my chat. I can not afford to just throw away the money for the room, that I paid .

I loved the fact it was so close to the aiport, but there was no shuttle so an additional expense to get to airport. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Hotel is getting dated. Very good breakfast selections. We had issues with parking our vehicle there for the 2 weeks of our trip even though the supervisor previously approved it. Tried telling us they dont allow it, but by looking in the lot there were at least 4 other cars that had been sitting there for weeks as evidence of all the snow plowed around them. All management needs to be on the same page.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional front desk is staffed 24 hours per day. Beds and pillows are comfortable . They did not clean our room daily but that’s becoming the norm. Good location.
