We had a good stay. The room and restroom were clean, pillows were very hard. I brought my own. The A/C was cold. Breakfast is included but is a bit limited. No bacon, no eggs only waffles butter, and syrup. They had coffee, milk, and juices. Quantities are limited, but you can ask the front desk to come and refill. The hotel is close to the ******.

This hotel is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and cozy with no orders. The room is well insulated and free from outside noise. The bed was firm and comfy. The tv worked. The location of the hotel is perfectly centered for shopping, restaurants and ******. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No pets allowed. Tho we did not eat breakfast they had breakfast choices like cereals, juice, coffee, apples, toast, and yogurt.. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town

Bed was not comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 6 am due to someone’s hot shower. Showers were extremely hot even on the coldest settings. Unable to take a shower. Staff was very nice and apologetic but ended up having to leave early.

That I’ve stayed here more than a few times the first time was a while back and the room is still the same it’s too dark looking the carpet and bedding all looks the same.

We were traveling for a weekend staycation to go to Kickapoo.The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Comfy
The room/bathroom and the lobby & breakfast area were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. The hotel was very quiet. The free breakfast & coffee were delicious. I was only missing a bath mat in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have one.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and accommodating for handicapped person, however there was no counter space.

We got there to check in and got the keys for our room went into our room and it smelled like cigarette smell. I know there’s not supposed to be any smoking in this place but the room smell like cigarette smell. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
