Staff was very nice!
Check in was very difficult because of new card readers.
Breakfast is advertised and was not available.
The TV was a total nightmare and I ended up not even watching.
Wi-Fi was poor and there was a power out each morning that I left.
Room was clean, but there wasn’t enough power for the microwave refrigerator and coffee pot.

Nice folks doing their best to update an old place. Price can’t be beat. No live tv, you just have to use your streaming login on their smart tvs, but the WiFi is fine.

Great ski trip stay.
Great location in between angel fire and red river. Cute little town with a few nice restaurants. Hotel owners are managing and struggling finding help but were kind and transparent and friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

While it appeared that the property was short staffed, the room was very clean, and we were given the 1st floor as requested. The fridge and microwave were clean and in good working condition. There were streaming services like Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc, but wi-fi and internet connection was spotty. Overall, we needed a place to stay to ski at Angel fire, and this hotel served its purpose nicely from a location and cost standpoint.

Terrible
No staff, heater didn’t work, no toilet paper. Room halfway painted. Lights cover in plastic and weren’t working. It was the worse experience plus. ********** even though they were notified wouldn’t help us refund or contact them.

There was no spare toilet paper in the room & we ran out. The hot water did not work the next morning. Only had cold water.

There was no one to check us in and ask questions. Also there was stale rice on the bed and the room was old and bedding had stains. They used old carpet for floor rugs when getting out the shower. Disgusting

Multi Tasking as an Art
