Eagle Aruba Resort Reviews

Everyone is wearing infectious smiles at this resort. Service was complete, punctual everywhere we went. One bedroom suite was nicely set-up with the bedroom separate from the living and kitchen spaces. Enjoyed dining poolside while listening to a DJ while this was followed up by a live band on a Sunday afternoon early evening. Would recommend trying this resort out.

5 stars, the hotel staff was awesome, and clean, they have it down to make everything you need easy to access, a beautiful spot on the beach with white sand and no seaweed. It is an awesome room to accommodate a family and a long stay. Pools and activities were entertaining and we made lifetime memories to last. Chess, checkers, corn hole the slide were all fun, and the iguanas and cats were so cute. Perfect price.

Room is adequately furnished, but lighting is very poor (especially in the kitchen). Very limited kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware, Had to buy paper towels in hotel store for $5.00 (this should be provided). Reading lamp on couch was missing. One side of bedroom had poor internet access. Room location was very far from elevator. Pool area was well furnished with chairs and upkeep.

Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue. The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

Close to Eagle beach and good food, attentive staff generally good service, very friendly waiters.

The beds are not the most comfortable but will do. The sofa sleeper mattress in sitting area is awful...ive been to this location several times and they haven't been changed. They are very thin and dont offer much cushion from the springs. The sofa its self is fine, its the sofa bed..

Not at the same level as other hotels in Aruba. OK rooms but the rest of the hotel is rather awful. Little care for the customers. Crowded beach with the constant hunt for the cabanas. Very limited food options. Not coming back.

Upon check in the clerks were hurried and lacked a welcome environment. My room key stopped working and it took quite a few times for me walking back and forth to the service desk before I took it upon myself to go to security who actually has the ability to reset the door batteries. My condo was clean, furnishings outdated but clean. Condo kitchen fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook meals. Grocery store within a 5 minute walk, amazing grocery store! My balcony overlooked the pool which was great and a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. There is a bus system that will take you straight downtown to shop and have lunch. The casinos aren’t terribly big but eniugh. The beach and excursions are outstanding! .

The resort was nice. We had a double premium room. Very strange they do not provide paper towel or napkins in the kitchen. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Shower was nice it is not on the beach but very close

The Eagle was great! The pools were well kept. Cleaned daily. The rooms were ok. They could use some updating, but we were not there very long. The beach is easy to walk to. Only about 5 min. The bar was ok. They have really good meals, and the 2 for price of one at happy hour was great! The wait staff was s l o w. The one guy with the man bun literally took one thing at a time and did not make sure to keep them coming. The worst thing about the pool/beach was reserving a chair. You had to get out there at 5-5:15 am to get one. !! This is ridiculous! Some people never even showed up, all day! They monitor it, but are not allowed to remove your things. You can get a palapa at the beach easily at about 2:30-3. Overall, it was a very nice place. This is our second year there. One reason we come back is it is close to the supermarket. Lol

The area is convenient, the beach is beautiful. We booked two rooms, but weren't adjacent which was inconvenient for us. There were a lot of traffic at night, it's loud. The rooms are reasonably clean, equipped with basic utensils.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. We like the fact that the room is fully stocked to cook a meal in comfort. The grocery store is also very convenient for daily shopping. If you like the pool, then there are many different pool to choose from as well as a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Eagle beach. If you want a palapa then you need to be prepared to wake up early to get one. Aruba is a great island and guaranteed hot weather.

The personnel were excellent!! Couldn't do enough to please you. Restaurants in the area were great & there were plenty of them in walking distance. Great place, hiley recommended this property!!

Check-in and check-out were most convenient; in fact, the most convenient I have every experienced. The property was clean, it seems the staff take a lot of pride in their work and do so with a smile and a hello. The activity staff's energy was infectious. We had a relaxing stay at Eagle Aruba and would certainly return.
