The room is quite decent, pretty good. Parking is convenient. It's close to IKEA and the airport, but it's not affected by air routes. It's convenient for travel, parking is free, and there's free American breakfast.

There was a very terrible smell up on our floor, like hot grease. So gross. There were weird stains on the carpet, walls, and bed skirts. Lots of sketchy dudes just hanging around the property. By the time we checked out, all our clothes and suitcases picked up the nasty grease smell.

All staff were helpful and friendly, except 1. We traveled with a 78 year old woman with a wheelchair, we needed handicapped accommodations, but one particular staff wasn't interested in helping. He suggested we go to Walmart and purchase the shower/chair that we needed.
Otherwise, our stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean and conducive to our family being able to visit.

I was in an adjoining room and the person in the room next door tried to get into my room. Staff was great, but hotel was just ok.

Staff were super helpful and nice. They were on top of keeping up with the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

Service was good, shower was clearly used before we entered with wet towels and empty soap bottle in garbage. Power went out, but was an easy enough fix. Just could’ve been cleaner overall including outside the bathroom. We only needed to stay for an early flight so didn’t need anything high end.

This is not a 5 star hotel. But 1 night for $86 was one heck of a good deal. The room was clean and quiet and the staff first class.
