Verzorgd hotel met vele voorzieningen. De luxe kamers op de bovenverdiepingen zijn ok en goed uitgerust, er ontbreekt enkel een bureautafel. Op het gelijkvloers riekt het in een gang naar honden en hondenbrokken. Gelukkig hebben ze de vele hondenverblijven gecentraliseerd want in zo'n kamer wil je als gast zonder hond niet terecht komen. Sommige honden worden uitgelaten voor hun behoefte op de parking tussen de auto's. Eigenlijk horen die beestjes niet in hotels. Eten ok maar eigenlijk altijd hetzelfde, weinig zoetigheden, zeker 's morgens. Koffie ook geen revelatie. Vele verborgen kosten. 35 Zloty voor een onbewaakte parkeerplaats in de winter, dat kon dan ook voor de helft of gratis in deze periode. Je kan ook wel op straat gratis parkeren maar daar is het risico tot diefstal nog groter. 7 Zloty voor een bijkomende handdoek in een SPAhotel hadden we ook nog niet meegemaakt, terwijl je zelfs niet eens dagelijks vervanging krijgt, ook vaak niet met voorzien plakkaat op de deur gehangen. Geen saunacultuur, groepen die zonder handdoek in de sauna kruipen. Vaak met keiharde muziek aan het zwembad. Niet leuk voor privé gasten. Hoge barprijzen en aan de receptie mogen ze ook wat vriendelijker zijn en eens glimlachen. Niet slecht maar kan beter!

Wir waren mit unserem Hund hier und es war toll. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg und unser Zimmer war super. Der Pool war klasse und die Sauna auch. Merkwürdig ist nur das um 17.30 Uhr das warme Buffet abgeräumt wird obwohl das Abendessen bis 19uhr geht.

Zimmer war mäßig sauber, die Türe, nach einem Aufbruch notdürftig repariert, passte nicht in den eigentlichen Rahmen. Überall in den Wänden waren Risse. Das Essen war meistens lauwarm bis kalt und geschmacklos. Die Kellner im Restaurant machten den Eindruck, als wären sie zur Arbeit gezwungen, kein Lächeln bzw. freundlicher Gesichtsausdruck. Bei dem Personal an der Rezeption war alles besser und die Damen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zu allem Überfluss wurden Morgens ab 7.00 Uhr am Hotel die Neubauarbeiten vorgenommen. Die Ruhestörungen in der Nacht und am Wochenende waren in Folge von Bohrungen etwa 300 Meter entfernt hervorgerufen. Uns wurde vor dem Urlaub nicht von Baustellen gesagt.
