We got in pretty late so it was very convenient that we didn’t have to check in and could just go straight to our room!

Our stay was good and I have no complaints, just a few things to know before you book this hotel.
1 - There was 0 staff on site. When I checked in around 7 p.m., the front desk was vacant and I had to pick up a telephone to reach a worker. They gave me the code to access my room from the outside. This experience felt strange to me because I quite enjoy being welcomed by a front desk worker.
2 - Since there is no one at the front desk, there is no way for you to request things like extra toileteries.
3 - The curtains are NOT blackout curtains. We had to cover our eyes to sleep, otherwise the streetlamps that are just outside are shining in like crazy.
4 - The beds were hard.
The room was worth the price, however I will not be staying there again.

Idea of being supplied a code and room number ahead of time a good idea. Door locking and unlocking information not provided or unclear. No room number provided ahead of time. Code didn’t work.
Service contact was helpful all three times but ideally don’t have to go that step.

The virtual check in was grest except the instructions dont tell you to press the 'lock' button after entering access code. I had to use phone at reception to get that info..

Unfortunately we got a room where one sink didn’t work. One light didn’t work. The fridge make loud noises. The tv only got one channel and the water pressure was very low. There was not anyone around very often to talk to and to register to get in. The noise from the highway could get loud at times.
