I can honestly say both myself and my wife were over the moon with our stay at this hotel, the bar prices are very reasonable and the food was excellent as was the service, our biggest surprise was the breakfast which there is an excellent choice of and I would recommend anyone having breakfast certainly include the mushrooms which were the best both myself and my wife have tasted and we have been in numerous hotels with breakfast, the room was also excellent with the bed mattress very very comfortable, the hotel was certainly a very pleasant surprise as when we booked it was classed as a 3 star hotel? certainly should be graded more than this with my opinion a four star, should we be requiring a hotel in the area again the Pinehurst will be the one for us.

No official check in .. appreciate it was a bank hol & probably skeleton staff. Room was absolutely freezing upon arrival .. not what we wanted after a 7 hr drive. Pleasant staff, comfy bed, everything clean, good menu & bar choice & service, good food.

Enjoyable comfortable stay for 3 nights, rooms were basic but very clean, good strong shower. Tv with all the freeview channels, iron and board. Restaurant offered good choice of breakfast and evening meals, food was very good, bar a bit pricey. Staff very polite and attentive.

What a thoroughly great place for a bite to eat! Great location (worth the shot drive from Blackburn), Great menu which was matched with equally great food. Most of all was the service. All staff were great but the lad that was once the chef was fantastic. Mother is a bit iffy with her food (dairy and wheat intolerances) but the options for her were vast as they really cater for these issues. Probably the best choice mother has ever had at a restaurant. We all loved the food and the service. Very decent prices (for Aberdeen). Looking forward to returning soon. Many Thanks.
