We stayed at Lemon Tree Premier, Dwarka from 27th September to 1st October, occupying three rooms for three days with our family. Our overall experience was wonderful — clean rooms, peaceful ambience, and courteous staff all around. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional care shown by the housekeeping team, especially when my child suddenly started vomiting one evening. The team, led by Satyabrata, ***** with Kuldeep Bisht and Deva, immediately came forward to help. They handled the situation with genuine concern and efficiency — quickly cleaned up, refreshed the room, and checked in later to ensure everything was fine. Their empathy and professionalism made a huge difference to us during that stressful moment. We sincerely appreciate their kindness and want to give a special thank you to Satyabrata & team for their outstanding service. Lemon Tree Premier, Dwarka is truly a great choice for families — not just for its comfort and cleanliness, but for its amazing staff who go the extra mile to make guests feel cared for. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return!

The hotel is pretty good, the pool is quite big and beautiful. The location could not be any better, very close to the railway station and within walking distance from Dwarkadhish temple. The staff are very helpful at every point. The reception desk staff and housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Bhupat have been amazing in their service. Overall the experience has been so satisfying, I recommend it 100%.

The stay was a beautiful experience. Our heartfelt regards to the entire team. The atmosphere in the hotel is the best we can find in dwarka. Rooms are having sufficient space and are very neat and tidy. The best ever value for money experience we have ever had till now. Our kid's first bday was celebrated here. They gave us a surprise bday gift and cake cutting was done with all the staffs and guests present. This was a beautiful experience coz instead of some formality the GM himself also was present which made us felt this team really care their business of hospitality. We are not exaggerating the things, but words may be less for certain small gestures of kindness and hospitality. Once again our sincere regards to the entire team. All the very best.
