The best hotel with all the facilities... Excellent food...Very hygienic and tasty with variety.......Friendly , helpful staff especially Shivam was very good...They even customise the food as per our need... Housekeeping service is good as well

After a lot of reseach,I decided to book VITS Devbhumi for one night(27th March) and unfortunately that was a big mistake..right from check-in to quality of room to breakfast..everything was a big disappointment. I would certainly not recommend booking VITS Devbhumi if you want to have a pleasant stay.

Worst food ever. Never come to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone. Total bad expience. And staff behaviour was very rude. Every one in the hotel even who stay in the hotel also complain about bad food but they are not admitted. Uff i forgot to take pic of that wasted food.

Th services of your hotel especially at reception counter is really appreciated. Hospitality shown by all working staff is remarkable. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping staff of your hotel are also cooperative and disciplined. As far as your restaurant staff is concerned, their services are vivacious. Whenever we came for food, albeit all are active in their services but one of your staff, his name might be Mr. Harish young and energetic, his hospitality really touched to our heart. We wish this hotel touch to heights. My suggestion is to provide them more professional training by inviting any motivational Speaker. I am also Motivated Speaker but I belong to far away place Panipat. If I am given chance, I may motivate them more to provide outstanding services.

Good service in all fields.. Food is amazing .. will refer to others . Hospitality is superb . Nice place to stay . Approach is also very good.. specially Dal makhni is awesome must try.. even every meal i try is fresh and tasteful…………………………………
