One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The rooms and bed sheets are not clean made me itch all night, dirty toilet, broken shower, the promised to change the room for us but didnt keep their promise in the ladt minute saying the hotel was full which was not true, low quality food and very very rude staff. I would NOT recommand .

Kral 👑 dairesinde kaldım oda süper yatak süper fakat odada kart okuyucu arızalı lambalar arızalı fön makinası düştü düşecek Harika bir jakuzi var ama musluk lar full bozuk kahvaltı malesef çok zayıf personel kılık kıyafet otelle ilgisi Yok hamam sanırım tadilatta gibi anlamadım bir önceki ziyaretimde aldığım kese gördüğüm en kötü keseydi malesef Bu güzel yatırım böyle heba edilmemeli bence fırsatları hızla değerlendirilrse bölgenin önemli bir ihtiyacını uzun dönem karşılar kısacası profesyonel yönetime ihtiyaç var

Düzce'de işim olduğunda sürekli kaldığım otel olmasının sebebi ana yol üzerinde oluşu ayrıca personelin güler yüzlü ve samimi davranışları olmuştur..otel şehir merkezinde olup ankara veya İstanbula seyahat edenler için istihharat edebilecekleri temiz ve huzurlu bir otel olarak görüyorum ..

Odada sadece çarşaflar temiz malesef banyo su akıtıyordu. Süit oda olarak adlandırılan en iyi odasında kalmamıza rağmen memnun kalmadık. Odalar çok havasız ve sigara içilmeyen diye seçim yapmamıza rağmen bütün odalarda sigara içiliyor engel olamıyoruz denildi. ( küllük olduğu için odalarda teşvik edilmiş olunmuyor mu ayrı bir konu) ikili koltuk üstü pislikten siyahlaşmıştı. Odalarda kahve bölümü yani su ısıtıcı yok. Saunaya indiğimde kapısı kapanmıyordu. Jakuzideyken sürekli duş başlığı bozuk olduğu için su kaçırıyordu. Şuana kadar kaldığım otelller arasında en kötü üç yıldızlı olmasına şaşırdım. Resepsiyondaki bayan ilgiliydi sadece ona teşekkür ederim.
