Peninsula Panoramic Smart Hotel (Duyun Downtown Branch)

I stayed in a hotel with extremely poor hygiene. Because I am sensitive to the smell of smoke, I requested a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was super strong when I entered the room. There were yellow traces of burnt cigarette butts all over the floor. The bedside table was covered in dust and there was still cigarette ash next to the bedside table. Along with the eaten betel nut residue, the kettle and the water left by the previous guest. After moving to the second room, the smell of cigarette smoke was still strong. The quilt cover and pillowcases were rotten, so the elder sister changed them. The other quilt was also very dirty and had lint and hair. Then the walls of the room began to seep for no reason, and the trash can was also disgusting😰😰 , I really couldn’t bear it and changed to another room. In the end, this room was a little smaller and there was no cigarette smell, but there was a cockroach leg on the quilt! ! ! ! It was too late, so I didn’t change rooms, I changed my quilt to sleep. Really, could the hygiene be checked carefully? How can I do business like this? ? ! !

There is a serious discrepancy between the pictures and text. There is no front desk phone contact in the room. The door alarm went off for four or five hours starting at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I didn't sleep all night. The sound insulation was also very poor. The children of other residents were so upset that they yelled and slammed the door. In the morning The water supply will be cut off until 8 o'clock. Although we have been notified, we only reminded that the water supply will be cut off at 1 o'clock in the evening. We did not mention that the water supply will be cut off in the morning, which seriously affects travel. All in all, there is no service at all. It is not a hotel. It is at best a B&B with poor service. The elevator is also primitive and the rooms smell of smoke. There is a mahjong table and it is said to be a parent-child room.

應該是幾個“雲酒店”共享的房間。房間設施還是可以的，基本上該有的都有，窗簾也是電動的，還提供地下車庫免費停車。就是衞生狀況一般，邊邊角角不夠乾淨。環境就比較差了，樓下可能是有個餐館，飯點的油煙直接從窗子進屋，避無可避關了窗也飄進來，用的還是菜籽油，難以忍受。隔壁停車場有個特來電充電站，這點還是很方便自駕遊充電的，就是都勻到處是山，這個充電站在坡度不小的坡上不好停車。

我以為新開的酒店，結果是別的酒店翻新後換名字，停車就停愛麗斯酒店下面，車位充足，首先説下衞生一般 在衞生間還有別人遺留的煙頭，然後空調不是很給力，怕冷的估計難受，洗澡熱水比較短，出水量是夠大了，如果女生洗澡又洗頭的速度要快點，因為沒熱水後等水熱是很久的，總體來説一分價錢一分貨，性價比對於我此次出行不高！下次不會住這邊了。

房間本來挺好，挺寬敞，也有小度音箱，電動窗簾，床大，沙發大，小孩子挺興奮的。最大的一個問題就是水温不恆定，洗澡頭髮剛抹完洗髮水突然變冷水了，硬着頭皮洗完，三間房兩個人中招重感冒，其他人也不敢沖澡了。

衞生：一般，老酒店毛巾是之前酒店名字log 都沒更換 設施：衹有房間局部更新了設施，整體看着有點新又帶着舊，大堂和電梯不在一起有點麻煩，停車每次出去都要去前台報備頭大
