我真服了你們了，漢庭品牌竟然被你們開成這個樣子，不會因為是在貴州吧？電梯和過道有臟又臭，前台還解釋説是，因為天天滿房，保潔大姐太累了，忙不贏打掃了。這也是理由，估計衹有你們能這樣解釋。電梯門上的嘔吐物，既然一天沒人清理。安排五樓的房間，是頂樓沒隔熱層，中央空調又捨不得開主機，熱到不蓋被子還淌汗。空調當風扇吹，忽悠客人。你們這樣賺錢良心何在。

途經都勻，選擇這家近年新開的漢庭，它處在一個住宅區前面，後面是一個U型的住宅小區，入住裏特跟服務生安排安靜的房間，服務員安排一間靠小區的房間。入住時房間一股葯味，下午在房間睡一覺，原以為小區還挺安靜。可是到傍晚，窗外小區空地是小孩們的天地，“歡叫”聲一直到晚上十一點多，隔壁的説話聲也持續到12點。
服務生的態度還是不錯，衹是管理水平有待拉高。停車方便，早餐也還可以。

房間衞生乾淨，服務不錯，好停車。但是！旅遊去的時候住一晚，房間的燈帶是壞的，整個房間很昏暗，我以為燈光就是暗的，昨天回程又住一晚才發現應該是有燈帶的。但是！昨天晚上房間的進門的頂燈晚上沒辦法關，是個常亮燈，試想下一晚上一個明晃晃的白熾燈亮一晚，很影響睡眠，衹能用毛巾遮住臉睡。問過前台，態度不錯説可以幫我用紙貼起來…

從廣西回重慶，晚上路過都勻入住這裏，房間很大，一家四口住着很合適。前台服務態度特別好，我諮詢去哪裡吃蝦酸牛肉，還把我帶到十字路口很認真的給我講那家好吃的店在哪裡！必須給前台服務加分！
